M.Since 10 years a customer and they have always delivered top service and great pricing. The team is always trying to find the best deal or solution very quickly and efficiently. Oh, and did I mentioned that they are very friendly too!
M.Provided great advice, had a range of tires in size, outstanding value fit and balance all included in tire cost. Guys were really friendly and had my car done by the time we had went for a coffee. Highly recommended.
A.My Daughter had car booked in and I got the pleasure of taking it .. NOT! On arrival I said I had brought a car that was booked in for said my daughter's name and time, the man just looked at me with no expression he said was it booked online and I said i thought she had phoned still nothing, I said it this the wrong place ? Hyper drive tyres ? He said we are their agent but still had a look of dismay why I was there. Then he got a print out and said this all I have we don't get names or anything which seems strange. I said well its more information than I have. Then to add to the shambles I didnt know that tyres were to be replaced so had to call daughter to get that, he left to attend to a male customer. When car was ready the same man asked how I got the task for doing car and I said she had it booked in but tyres came early and then he said to me she booked for anniversary day. Funny how he remembered that but not a car booked in at 2 ?
The replacement of 2 rear tyres was fast like 30mins or so.
Customer service needs to be improved or a better system , no need to make a fool of a woman to make yourself more important..And this is why I hate dealing with male orientated work place !
