My first visit to this business and I was totally impressed by the size cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff. I didn't even get to step into the office as I was greeted at my car. After a short conversation I was shown to the waiting room where there's a TV and free coffee making machine. I'll definitely be booking my next tyre service here. We were on our way back to Rotorua and suddenly felt a noise on the front left wheel. Drove it straight to tonys 5 mins before the closing time. John was very friendly and stayed back to make sure the tyre was sorted and we were safe to get back on the road. I am super impressed with the service and will definitely be back.

The Guys at Tony's tyres Tauriko were great to deal with, bent over backwards to help and make things affordable. They got my Bridgestone tyres considerably cheaper than Bridgestone were offering and even a free nitrogen fill. Would highly recommend.

Big shout out to the guys at Tony’s Tyre Service at Tauriko. I had picked up gravel from the nightmare that is State Highway 2 between Katikati and Te Puna. Some of the gravel got stuck somewhere it shouldn’t and ended up with a dreadful screeching grating. I had no idea what to, so took the car in and it got sorted out very quickly. Super impressed with the service.

I am very grateful to Branch Manager John Tily Thundiyil at Tony's Tyre Service Tauranga Crossing (Tauriko). He is the most highly professional and customer focused staff I have ever met. He saved me money twice. He didn’t just put a new set of tyres on my car but he invested his time and discovered why my tyres were wearing off very fast despite having wheel alignments ( I went to 2 tyre places prior and nobody cared or had the knowledge to sort out the reason for my tyres wearing off too fast, all they wanted to do was sell me their tyres). John also organised the best financial support with interest free and additional complimentary services. His peoples and communication skills are excellent. He is responsive, recognizes cultural differences and finds the best solution for his customer. I wish every business would provide customers with the service as does Tony's Tyre Service in Tauriko.
