This afternoon I was travelling from Oamaru to Chch for a birthday party with my 4mo baby. About 15mins north of Temuka my tyre blew out. A friend camping nearby came to my rescue to put on my spare and called Beaurepairs in Timaru. Jimi was so accomodating and said to call 10mins out and he’d meet me there. When I got there he was so genuine and got straight to work. He checked all my tyres and discovered my other front one was cracking and didn’t have much life in it. He wasn’t like any other salesperson upselling tyres to me. He got me some affordable but good quality tyres, and let me use their loo and feed my baby in their office space. Jimis customer service was incredible, and I am so grateful for the after hours service that saved me and my babe from being stranded from the rest of my family (in the rain!). Well worth the call out fee I think! Thank you Jimi and Beaurepairs for your execellent service! 😁

Am really impressed with Jimmy and Beaurepairs Timaru - my 16 year old son damaged his tyre and wasn’t sure if it was safe to drive home (45 mins in the rain). He has a broken arm in a full cast so couldn’t change it himself. I got hold of Jimmy 10 mins after the store closed on Saturday and he said he’d wait for him, he gave great advice and replaced the damaged tyre and another which was also badly worn. Will definitely get our business going forward. Thanks guys!

What an awesome first encounter! We had spent four weeks trying to get a replacement battery from another company with no luck. Today we phoned Beaurepaires Timaru and I spoke to Jimmi who went above and beyond for us. He spent a large portion of his work day trying to solve a problem for us and to source the type of batteries we needed for our vehicle . He came out to our property with several batteries , and put one in just so that I could drive my car to their workshop.Once I got there, the car was ready to go in less than five minutes. As if that wasn't enough, I received a text from him later to check if the car had given me any issues. Wow! We think he deserves a bonus and are super grateful to him. We are very happy and definitely loyal future customers. If you want great service with a great team don't look anywhere else!!!

Wow! What excellent customer service! We stopped in Timaru on the way to Dunedin on Christmas Eve and went to the playground at Caroline Bay only to discover when we got back to the car that we had left the lights on and had a dead battery!
