I first met Nicola when I had a flat tyre on windy ridge and a faulty spare tyre, with my cat in the car on the way to the Warkworth vets. I called every tyre shop in Warkworth to come do a callout, - but they all made lame excuses because it was close to 5.00 p.m. . Lastly called Nicola, she came out, changed the tyre, got me to the vets with the cat before they closed, fixed the tyre and returned me, the tyre, and the cat back to the car. Awesome service. Been buying tyres there ever since, very friendly, and as professional as you can get. A happy accident, a lifetime of using their most professional services . . .

The team at Duffs fixed my punctured tyre in a flash. Such good service! They are also very accomodating with a courtesy vehicle if they cannot fit you in straight away.

Needed a couple of new tyres, and when I asked Hayden and Nicola as to what's best, they firstly discussed the type of driving I do so as to advise the best tyre to meet my needs. What they recommended is everything they said, so much so it's now like driving on rails.
