K.I loved dealing with Tali and the crew at Beaurepaires. I got 4 really good tyres fitted, balanced, and aligned for a sharp price, as well as a deal on a battery replacement - which we knew was bad, and they confirmed with their 6-point check - and they managed to do it without cutting power to our stereo which plays up if it loses power (security "feature"). The job was done on a couple of day's notice just a couple of hours after dropping it off, despite being a really busy time of the year. They communicated well, calling a couple of times to confirm things. We're super happy with the outcome and service provided, and we'd definitely use these guys again, cheers.
R.Friendly service was calling in for a quote and the person on the phone who took my call. Was polite and friendly over the phone and it was like he knew what I was calling for and just me a deal straight away. Without knowing that I needed tyres ASAP I took my car in the next day and got x2 tyres done friendly, efficient. I will definitely be using their services again.

I got four used wheels fitted with tyres. The Wheels from elsewhere had some buckling damage. Beau Repairs offered to get them sorted (wheels straightened) for $300 as a "deal price". Told I could just do front two to save money, asked if this was "all in?", told it was, booked all four in.
Seemingly a major miscommunication here as after I came back to pickup and pay claimed "all in" meant fitting tyres back, but *not* the total price. They wanted $1200 as they were charging $300 EACH. Wheels were only worth $500 and were replaceable, which they knew.
I checked and going rate in Wellington is $120 to $200 per tyre elsewhere. My advice, get things writen down.
EDIT: Update, they rang me and resolved the situation within 2days.
p.Friendly service, fast really helpful. I didn't really know what I needed when I went in, but my car was bouncing a lot (I thought it could have been the suspension but I could also see two of my tyres were older looking then the other two). I was served by Simba, he was excellent. I had to get to work so he said I could come back and pick the car up later, I went back at lunchtime and my car doesn't bounce anymore. The cost was reasonable and well worth the work completed.
M.Helpful and efficient service when I turned up with a flat tyre and no spare. I wasn't sure keen on the number of times they tried to upsell me things, but to their credit they did take no for an answer.
s.I used beaurepairs, kent terrace on thursday the 5th of April for two front tyres. I phoned around numerous tyre places, to find the best price for two tyres. Give or take twenty dollars, most of the prices were the same. I chose beaurepaires, kent terrace because they sounded helpfull on the phone. The two guys I delt with were very polite and could not do enough to help. Excellent customer service and they fitted the tyres very quickly. I will use them again.
