Hands down best service you could ask for. The team here on Adelaide road are top notch and provide excellent service every time I visit. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, the staff were more than happy to go the extra mile and explain things for me without up-selling anything unnecessary. They fit in my flat tyre today even though they were really busy. When I picked up the tyre the garage doors were shut and they were waiting for me to pick up the tyre. given it was new years eve and a beautiful evening and they probably wanted to be anywhere but work you would never have known it their service was genuine and really appreciated. We can't speak highly enough about the service we received from Julian and his team yesterday. After coming off the ferry we experienced problems and were therefore under time constraints. Julian's manner and helpfulness from our first phone call through to ringing a few hours after the work had been completed to ensure everything was OK was absolutely outstanding. The fact everyone had skeleton staff (Easter) and we needed brake parts urgently meant Julian's willingness to go the extra mile for us was much appreciated. If we lived in Wgtn they'd have our business...in a heartbeat.
