I turned up with a punctured tyre at 4.57pm on a Friday afternoon. Jesse who repaired the tyre was careful, polite and there was no hint of irritation or annoyance about being kept after 5pm. When I went to pay for the repair I was told by the manager that there would be no charge !!These guys remind me what customer service used to be like in NZ and it was particularly lovely to see a young mechanic like Jesse doing such a sterling job. Highly recommend.

Had to get just one tyre for a warrant, the guys here went out of there way to help me out, source one, get it back and fit it quickly. The level of customer service was really appreciated.
