Nice friendly staff and fast service. Very good price in town. Me and husband been looking around the town for some tyre, but most of them offering a high price, always starting from $199/tyre. But here at Tony's tyre, they offering $150/tyre (brand new tyre) for our CRV. The service was quick too. Also, they have cheapest price for WOF. Definitely recommend this place..

This was my first experience dealing with any company to do with cars. I was pretty anxious. I initally went in for 1 tyre and ended up with 4 as well as a discount for wheel alignment. I got offered more then I bargained for as I needed other repairs. These repairs were much cheaper then what I was quoted from another mechanic. All booked in next week for repairs as well as a service on my car. I am hugely grateful and humbled by you Kalvin and Mike. You both made me feel so much at ease and helped me out when I didnt know what I was doing. You made me cry just by your service, your mannerisms. Your customer service was immpeciable. I cant reccommend Tonys Tyre Services enough, you wont regret it. The best customer service Ive ever had. Thank you

These guys will look after you. I'm blown away by the level of care I received and the communication is so good. I won't be going anywhere else. They rock! Kelvin goes that extra mile to make you feel taken care of. It's so important and I will never go anywhere else. UPDATE. 4 months down the track and the service has taken a dive. Never get back to me always rescheduling and when I had an urgent issue put me off again till week after. I asked if that was safe to wait and no reply so didn't care at all about my safety. Also had new brake pads installed and since then squeaky as brakes. Was told its normal. Very disappointed after being told I would be looked after.

5/5 for sure! Honestly they seem to have your best interests in mind. They will ring you up before doing any major work or even minor if you ask which is awesome. A good bunch of kind and professional workers. They also give good discounts from time to time! They saved me about 110 dollars last time round. Highly recommend. Will be returning for sure. They also did my mums car a month or so ago and saved her a few hundred. Quite refreshing as we have been to other places who would do expensive work without asking or ringing. And at times work that didn’t even need to be done.

These guys are the best. I've been buying my tyres from this place for a while and have always been impressed by the service. When it changed recently to Tony's I was worried that I'd not get the same level of service but since the crew appears to be the same when I came in this time I happily got exactly the same fantastic service I'd hoped for. This shop is fair dealing, honest, and competent. I'll be back for the next set of tyres for sure.

I recently went to Tony's Tyres in Whangarei to look into buying new wheels for my new car. I was greeted by Keagan, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me understand not only what wheels and tyres to get but WHY. I saw the MTA logo aswell and asked if he could do a service on my BMW. As the car is a little more complicated than most i have been weary of where to go and what do to. Keagan reassuring let me know he could and what oil he would use and explained why its the right choice for my car. Not only did i get the wheels and tyres, he did the service, fitted and balanced my new wheels and did a wheel alignment to make sure that everything was perfectly set-up. And i was a great price compared to any of the competitions offers. Exceptional service and quality, will be using Tony's Tyres for all my car needs in the future.

The Tonys tyre service Whangarei store Are world class and are the best of the best not only did they go above and beyond by beating the price match by another company when it came to Two front high quality tires they also fixed my wrackings tie rods for my vehicle which was two and a half hour job and charged me only for 1 and 1/2 half hour and gave me discounts on my wrackings and done an amazing The staff there are amazing considering it was my first time there and made every customer feel welcome A special mention goes to Kelvin thareja the best salesman i have ever met not only does he care for every customer he explains everything to perfection Hes always smiling and brings alot of positivity to the store that would be a blessing to be around His customer comes first approach is world class thanks heaps Hence the reason hes gained a customer for life and having a big whanau i will be telling them to get their vehicles done there The only problem would be not finding tonys tyres services whangarei store Earlier Thanks again Mitara UPDATED!!!!!!!!!!! Due to having to leave my car overnight due to some complications, the manager decided to kindly bear the cost of the wheel alignment and the following day was able to do as promised without requiring any additional parts. Absolute legends and have gained a customer for life. Much appreciated.

Great professional advice. Car needed extra work done - I was quoted an amount and was pleasantly surprised the guys had managed to repair a part rather than replacing it meaning money saved for me. Pleased to be able to get repairs and WOF done all at the same time.

Quality service, great value and fast! Been to many tyre service centres in my time but this one beats all by far, including all those I have tried in Auckland. Went to the Whangarei branch a couple of months ago. Herman was warm and welcoming and instantly got me talking then figured out exactly what tyres my HiLux needed. Job was done within an hour and cost me much less than replacing my old ones like fir like. Great place, great people, great value !!

I went here for a free tyre rotation on behalf of Bridgestone and realised it had changed to Tonys. I arrived to book an appointment for the next day as it was an hour before closing. Instead they offered to do the rotation with no worries or stress. It was well accomodating, quick and excellent service. Will definitely be visiting again. I also noticed they had finance plans available for tyres which may be an option for me in the future. Overall a pleasing stress free experience.
