G.Great Lounge. Top end shower facilities and bathrooms. Very clean, neat and tidy. Okay food selection but given COVID still reasonable. Excellent separate breakout spaces and plenty of privacy if needed. fast wifi !
T.Always a great relaxing place, not too busy even on Good Friday.
(Would have given 5 star if I didn't have to wait 12 minutes for scrambled eggs to arrive, I know, minor stuff but they should have been more on to it)
b.Hey this is the lounge to go. Nice environment, plenty of food choices and delicious. Usually not found among Airline lounges.
On top of it, people there are friendly and helpful. Adrienne is particularly helpful in helping our check in. A kind, patient, and skillful employee is an asset of the airline.
It’s just a coincidence that I visited two air New Zealand lounges in two countries in the past few days and both are excellent. Way to go!
P.I have been a KORU lounge member for many many years..as an EX commercial Pilot... My wife and I would find it hard to go back to sitting in the noisy impersonal crowded airports again... and these Lounges are some of the best in the world.....
M.Lovely lounge with very good selection off breakfast foods.
M.This place is great, it has a good selection of everything it offers.. The Australia airlines can learn a thing or two here for their lounge offerings.. It can get very busy here, there is also a smaller regional lounge closer to the gates.. If you book through Qantas and flights have a QF codeshare number for your NZ regional flights and are QFF gold or above you are welcome here just make sure you bring your QFF card..
s.Average food, standard selection of alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, super crowded can hardly find a place to sit comfortably, services were good. Okay baby changing facilities.
D.Plently of food and drinks and the service is friendly. Food quality was plentiful but pretty bland. Showers where great for a soak. Would love it if they had loungers or place to.lay down
