Extremely helpful staff here at the visitor information centre.
My wife and I were in Auckland for a holiday from Australia and found this place so helpful.
So much information on what to see and do around Auckland.
The staff here helped us pick out a few activities to do around the place. I couldn't recommend this place more for things to see and do in the area.

Good afternoon
I wanted to let you know how kind Nick was when I called in to the Princes Quay office in distress on 4 September afternoon.
Nick was extremely helpful and made a couple of calls to a trip I had missed because of some confusion over the address. In the end all resolved but this would not have been possible without Nick taking the trouble he did.
Please thank him profusely - he deserves it - coffee & cakes :D
kind regards

When the Hobbiton tour we wanted was not available the visitor concierge called two other operators and found us a tour for tomorrow. Looking forward to visiting Hobbiton, Rotorua and Waitomo!

NOW AN ICE CREAM SHOP! The ice cream is fantastic, and it's in a really cool all-glass corner shop. It's very well decorated and they even have games to play.

They have people over there to help you out and a lot of maps and informations about tours even if you have to paid for them or not.
The location is a really bit confusing, you actually have to walk in the whraf to get in.
