I’ve had a great experience with First Light Travel and in Particular with Daniel Walker’s service! Daniel has been extremely proactive and has commutated clearly with me every step of the way through the process. Nothing was too daunting, given that I have asked First Light to make a trip happen on a very short notice. Daniel was quick to the task and literally within hours I had an initial draft, based on my high level requirements. First light had local knowledge and good connections with a number of suppliers. I’ve also asked for multiple changes to the itinerary and Daniel did a great job tailoring the experience to my requirements! Had I tried to do it all myself in the short amount of time that I had, it would not have been possible for me to make the trip. Ordinarily other Travel Agents would have left it there, but when I ran into a couple of issues on the road (not related to the planned itinerary) I was able to reach out to First Light for support, who have gotten back to me quickly and helped resolve my issues, so I felt supported all the way through. In short I’ve had a great experience working on the trip with First Light and would not hesitate to recommend them, if you’re after quick and proactive, supportive service.

It was a pleasure working with Natalie to plan our honeymoon trip! As avid Lord of the Rings fans and nature lovers, we wanted to visit several filming locations and explore New Zealand's diverse landscapes. We were able to put this trip together very quickly only two months before, thanks to Rhodri’s itinerary suggestions and the arrangements he was able to make for us. We felt very lucky about this as we were aware we had left it very late. Rhodri found us good flight connections and great accommodations throughout New Zealand that were beautiful and yet connected to the local people and the surrounding environs. My husband and I had requested an active trip and Rhodri delivered a variety of experiences for us so that we had a fabulous time. We travelled for 16 days and did and saw a lot, giving us a very good appreciation for all that New Zealand has to offer. Highlights include the Glow Worms Cave in Waitomo, hiking the Tongariro Crossing on a perfect sunny day, hiking along the Queen Charlotte Track after a water taxi ride out on the Marlborough Sound to the trail, kayaking both on a river in Havelock as well as on the ocean in Kaikoura, and the days we spent based in Queenstown. From that beautiful city we did an excellent day trip out to Milford Sound and a day hike on the Routeburn Track, and very much enjoyed a “down day” where we cruised on a beautiful lake to Mt. Nicholas Farm where we learned about sheep farming followed by a 14 km cycle to Walter Peak sheep station where we partook of an incredible barbecue lunch. All of our day trips were well-arranged for us and we just showed up and enjoyed the activity. Many activities were guided, but we did a few on our own as well. We added in a trip to the Redwoods in Rotorua, a stop at Waiotapu for the geothermal area and did some impromptu hikes in other areas including beautiful Akaroa. Also a stop at a winery for lunch outside of Blenheim. First Light Travel and Rhodri were so very easy to deal with and created a wonderful memorable trip for us. When we needed to change the itinerary to allow for one more day, Rhodri was able to quickly do so. He was very responsive to my emails. Our flight arrangements were smooth, the accommodations were nicely appointed and well located, and the car rental went well. It seems that everywhere we showed up, whether for a rental car, activity tour, ferry ride or the bed and breakfasts and small hotels, people were expecting us and made us feel welcome. We costed out the trip at the end and our calculations showed that we actually saved a few hundred dollars by booking with First Light Travel, rather than booking things separately ourselves. My husband and I highly recommend First Light for anyone considering a New Zealand trip.

This review came a little late (more a year from our trip already) but I guess it's better late than never! We have only compliments for Jo and her team at First Light Travel. She was kind and patient with our questions and planning. It was our first time travelling to Southern NZ and we had ideas on what we were keen on but it was Jo who managed to piece everything together perfectly. We knew we were in good hands when an Earthquake struck near Kaikoura just a day before our flight and we knew we had to make changes to our route and Jo jumped into action by checking all of the routes we were about to take and gave suggestions on detours/re-routing. She even gave daily updates on the weather and checked on us every few days. We will definitely recommend First Light Travel and will hope to visit NZ soon!

We were suffering from the pandemic ‘blues’ and as the states were beginning to open up to tourism we spontaneously decided to visit Tasmania. My wife had never been there and I knew little about it as I hadn’t been there for over 40 years. We discovered First Light Travel online and found they had some great fly drive packages. Thanks to Dawn at First Light Travel our honeymoon to New Zealand was flawless. There is no way we could have seen or done as much as we did in 15 days without her! We just returned from at 3 week trip to New Zealand and Australia. First Light booked our whole Australia portion of the trip. It was effortless on my part, Kasey Yee, book flights, transfers, and tours. She listened to everything I said and we were able to see all the things we wanted to in the time we allowed (not enough, of course, but we can only stay away so long.) Communication was great. We spent 3 days in Melbourne, 3 in Cairns, and 1 in Sydney. We saw all the animals of Australia (that we wanted to see, no snakes or other painful type creatures), the 12 Apostles, and we got up close and personal in downtown Melbourne.) In Cairnes we went to the Great Barrier Reef and the Rainforest and in Sydney, we toured the Opera House and had a beautiful evening cruise on the harbor. I've about gotten over my jet lag and look forward to my next trip.

It has been two years since my trip to New Zealand and it has been nothing short of AMAZING! I still look back from time to time and wish I could go back and do it all over again. Such an amazing trip to New Zealand. First Light put together our entire itinerary from Waiheke to the North and then the South Island with plenty of excursions along the way. Zip lining, jet boats, fly fjshing, tracking, glow worm caving and rafting, pancake rocks, hiking on a glacier, helicopter transports, etc. This was truly a dream vacation and one that we will never forget. I'm just home from the most memorable holiday on north and south island spending nearly 6 weeks travelling independently on a fantastic itinerary created for me by Chrissy at first light travel. Preparing and packing were so much easier thanks to their detailed guide and I sailed through security and found I'd packed all the right things. Other travel companies offer fixed itineraries which for me were too prescriptive with little free time or flexibility. Chrissy helped me plan an ambitious trip in a safe supported way which I'd never have achieved on my own. I picked up the vouchers on arrival at my hotel and those together with her very detailed itineraries meant I had no difficulties negotiating buses trains shuttles flights or accommodation throughout on a pretty busy schedule. The quality of the trips was excellent and I enjoyed activities and experiences I'd never have imagined. Very highly recommended.

My Favorite International Trip Ever! I've been fortunate to have been able to take my boys on numerous adventures and friends frequently ask which was our favorite. We found that the service from First Light Travel was excellent. I work on the principle that if I am travelling to another country, it works best to ask a local travel agent to work out the details. A good local travel agent will make regular visits to the accommodation, attractions and activities, they are recommending to check that standards are being maintained. It is simply more possible for a local agent to do this. First Light met and exceeded my expectations. They even wrote the visits to our families in New Zealand into the itinerary. The itinerary included photos. The accommodation selected was, without exception, excellent. The activities were great too. We had quite a lot of email discussions with Jo of First Light and found that her knowledge and advice was first class. A really nice person to deal with too. Very efficient and reliable.

We traveled to New Zealand in March and April 2016. First Light Travel was the best travel agency I have ever worked with. Amelia called us in the US shortly after our first inquiry. She asked questions about preferred activities, pace of travel, travel accommodations, budget, etc. we made some minor tweaks to the itinerary, but for the most part it was spot on from the beginning. The trip was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. I was so impressed that she really listened and custom designed the trip around our vision. Every day was fabulous. The weather did require cancellation of one activity, but Amelia was on it immediately to make other arrangements. I highly recommend First Light Travel to anyone planning a trip to New Zealand. What can i say, nothing but 5 stars from beginning to end. I don't usually use Travel Agents and especially one from another country but happened to ask for a quote and went from there. Emma looked after us with such professionalism, they had a good policy for refunds due to COVID and made all the changes as we changed our mind a bit and was able to suggest other things for us. Unfortunately due to COVID we had to postpone our trip we were on the plane one minute and off the plane the next and quickly rung Emma who was fantastic and with the other wonderful people in her team in the back was changing our accommodation and our tours and remaking new ones etc and we were still able to do everything we planned, it was quite stressful when it happened but knowing they were there working in the background to help us fulfill this trip that had been cancelled a few times was amazing. When we were planning a self drive holiday in New Zealand we contacted First Light Travel to assist us in making our arrangements. We liaised with Shelley at First Light Travel by email and telephone and together we planned our trip. The result was a well-thought out and very detailed itinerary within our budget. She planned our accommodation and excursions and places to visit and organised tickets where necessary. First Light also provided a comprehensive document - “Essential New Zealand Troubleshooting Tips and Advice for your Holiday” with help and advice about everything we needed to know in preparation for our New Zealand trip and for while we were there. While we were in New Zealand Shelley was always available by phone and when we found some accommodation not to our liking quickly arranged alternative accommodation for us. First Light Travel is a great local agency that helped me organize a wonderful month-long self-drive trip throughout New Zealand. They worked with me on the itinerary, offered choices on places to stay and ensured I can fit in all the activities on my 'wish list' for the trip. The booking process was very easy and we had no issues whatsoever on our trip. We stayed in different types of accommodation throughout the trip and I have to say that their B&B recommendations in some of the more remote locations were amazing! I had a great experience with First Light Travel - thanks to them, my friends and I had wonderful holiday in New Zealand. We opted for a self--drive holiday and the staff were extremely helpful to customise our travel itinerary and make all the necessary bookings for us. My husband I booked a two week tour to the South and North Island of New Zealand through First Light Travel. Jo and I spent time discussing our budget, types of hotels accommodations, time to enjoy each of the areas we wanted to see. Jo set up a perfect trip! The accommodations were fantastic, the time to drive from place to place accurate and her recommendations for excursions such as Zip Lining in Queenstown, a bike wine tour, a boat tour of green muscle fishing, and a day of sailing through the islands. Shelley at First Light Travel did a fantastic job of arranging a three week road trip through both the north and south islands in New Zealand for my wife and I. The travel site's web page gave us a good place to start and then Shelley very patiently tweaked our itinerary to match what we specifically wanted to do and see. Our travel plans were carefully laid out with lodging, excursions and vehicle rentals carefully planed and booked. During our vacation, we changed a couple of excursions and a simple phone call or two through their company allowed us to book new adventures and get reimbursed for one that had to be cancelled due to a typhoon. We had booked our 10 day trip with First Light travel & we were assisted with the entire booking by Amelia. At the initial stage she asked us what we would like to do & offered us a very good travel package which allowed us to cover most of North Island & up to Chirstchurch in South Island. Shelley at First Light arranged a trip for my husband and me several years ago and I have since recommended First Light to anyone I know who has plans to visit New Zealand. Our family of four just returned from an amazing 16 days in New Zealand, and a lot of the credit for the success of our trip goes to First Light Travel and specifically Toni Kennedy. We started planning this trip almost a year ago. I was looking for a travel agency that had an affordable itinerary that included both “Lord of the Rings” elements and opportunities for some adventure, and allowed a degree of freedom that would suit our family. I saw several travel companies that advertised Lord of the Rings itineraries, but First Light Travel offered the right combination of experiences, flexibility and affordability. I clicked “Enquire Now” and asked a few questions about their services and itineraries. I received a response the next day from Toni. She was very pleasant and very professional. She answered my questions and offered additional information. We corresponded via email for several weeks with Toni making MANY customizations to one of First Light’s advertised tours. After about 2 months of planning, Toni had designed a self-drive tour for us that included five days of Lord of the Rings-related excursions/experiences, a helicopter tour of Mount Cook/Aoraki, some adventures, and some days to relax and explore on our own. Although we covered much of the country, the daily plan was never rushed and we never had more than about four hours of driving in one day (broken into two halves with a stop in the middle). When we arrived in New Zealand, all of the arrangements were first rate. The hotels, motels, and inns we stayed in were really lovely and we were treated really well by the owners and staff. (As an example, we arrived at our first hotel at 7:30 in the morning and check-in wasn’t until 2 PM, but they were able to get us into our room right away.) All of our lodgings included separate beds for our kids – not easy to find in the US, so we were really appreciative of that in NZ. Everywhere we went the people at the hotels and the experiences knew our trip had been booked by First Light Travel. The owner of the lodge that we stayed at in Havelock said he had dinner with the owner of First Light Travel recently and felt that he was the most knowledgeable travel professional in New Zealand. When we arrived in Wellington, we were upgraded to a huge suite (two bedrooms and two bathrooms). While it is true that everyone we met in New Zealand was really nice, I have to assume that First Light Travel knows the service providers that they work with and pick those that will create the best experience for travelers. The experiences we had were also all first rate. We saw the glow worms in Waitomo and while there are many glow worm tours, we had an excellent experience and a guide who told us he was part of the team that built the concrete paths and wooden bridges in one of the caves that we went to. Our group was small and the tour was very personal. I can’t say what any of the other glow worm tours were like but ours felt very special and had been specifically recommended by Toni as the best tour. Similarly, our ziplining experience at Rotorua Canopy Tours was special. While we had a blast on the ziplines and had great guides, they were also very knowledgeable about the ecology and biology of the region and told us all about the forest preservation efforts of their company. We were very happy to contribute in a small way to maintaining and preserving the natural vegetation. To us this was a plus of the company that First light Travel works with. Since this was a “trip of a lifetime,” we may not be going back to New Zealand any time soon, but if we do I will certainly contact First Light Travel (and specifically Toni) before I do anything else. And I strongly urge anyone who is thinking of going to New Zealand to check out the tours that First Light offers, knowing that you can change and customize virtually anything you want.

Every detail was thought out and taken care of, accommodations were all first class. Amazing Trip! Awesome Itinerary! Out of my 100+ trips traveling the world, one of my all-time favorite trips was to the South Island of New Zealand. My wife and I were planning to visit New Zealand for our 25th Anniversary. We already had our flights booked when we discovered First Light Travel. Their packaged itineraries looked amazing, but start and stop dates didn't work with our booked travel dates. I contacted First Light and instead ; they customized an itinerary for us that would work with our travel dates. We gave them a budget, our ages and level of fitness, and preference in terms of accommodations and within 24 hrs we had a first itinerary in my inbox for review and comment. A couple of back and forth emails and within 72 hrs we had great itinerary. Everything went off exactly as booked/planned with no 'glitches'. Good experience with First Light many years ago, friendly and nice customer support. Frankly we could have planned it ourselves (NZ is very friendly and easy to visit), but we wanted local experts to help us make the most efficient use of our limited time (and also just simplify the logistical planning aspect). I give four stars instead of five because we had a minor logistical mix-up with our first night arrival (and I would not stay again at the place they put us on the first night), but to First Light's credit they helped us straighten everything out after we arrived.

I was living in Australia at the time and scheduled a two-week Lord of the Rings-themed visit to New Zealand through First Light Travel. I never even met the guys in person, but the service was superb. What most impressed me was the possibility to fully personalize my schedule, including accommodation and transportation options. It did happen that my trip had some small issues, but I believe that we only know if a company is truly worth our money by the way they deal with complaints, and mines were dealt very professionally.

We were connected with Chrissy 5 years ago when we traveled to New Zealand. This time, we visited Australia and were thrilled to be connected with Chrissy again! Getting to New Zealand had been a lifelong ambition, so when we were eventually able to plan it, we realised that using a company based in New Zealand would provide the flexibility we were looking for. Having looked on Google, we chose First Light Travel as appearing to offer what we needed. We booked a 21 day coach tour of both islands and fitted it in with going to stay with friends as well. Unfortunately the company providing the coach tour went bust, but First Light were on the case before we realised what had happened and Suzie rang us to discuss alternatives. They offered us another tour, tailoring it to fit in specific activities from the original tour and fitting around our other visits, still within our original budget. The whole tour was a great success. Had we originally booked through a UK based company, I’m sure the outcome would not have been the same. Had a few surprises as to how much some activities actually cost (if we knew that at the booking stage we would have opted for something more reasonable). Also, none of the accommodations told us how much we actually paid them. Don't know what share First Light Travel has from the amount we paid. Also I'm all against companies taking credit card details and CVV codes "for safety" and using them to pay for activities on your behalf without knowing exactly how much each activity is going to cost.

I wanted to visit New Zealand and go to the film sites of Lord Of the Rings. I signed up for the 2 week self driving tour and was not disappointed. I drove myself about the two islands for 2 weeks with housing and tours arranged. I had a great time and would love to visit again. My only concerns were the GPS unit was not preset with the cities and I did not know how to program it- no one showed me and the other concern was the very limited time to travel to some of the film sites- especially getting off the Cook Strait Ferry to make the 2:00 river float. Very tight especially since the ferry was a little late. Would encourage anyone interested in this type of tour to sign up with First Light. Rhodri also made arrangements for me to visit Sidney, Australia before landing in Auckland. He was always prompt with replies and took my concerns seriously.

Wow, what a once in a lifetime trip to New Zealand and Australia with my daughter. I could not find a pre-packaged trip with the timeframe and places I wanted to see. I would never had been able to do it on my own and she was so patient with me. Our family cannot say enough about the WONDERFUL self-driving trip First Light Travel planned for us! We have been to NZ before and were meeting our daughter who was finishing her study abroad semester. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, but needed help putting it all together. What impressed us was the fact that 2 weeks prior to our arrival at Christchurch, Sofie had to re adjust our itinerary last minute. This was because of the inclement weather along the west coast which resulted in a vital bridge connecting Queenstown to Franz Josef getting washed away. Sofie not only took it upon herself to re adjust our route and accommodation but also reassured us that with the change in our itinerary,we will still get to see a different side of the east coast which has just as much to offer as the west coast. Sofie always took our views and concerns into consideration when re adjusting our latter part of our itinerary which was disrupted due to the unfortunate circumstances. Sofie kept us updated of the situation and after much discussion, we decided on the change in our route. And yes we did get to see another sight of the east coast that never crossed our minds. So here I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to first look travel and especially Sofie for taking such good care of us before, during and after our trip. I would definitely recommend first light travel to my friends and relatives if ever any one of them were to plan to visit New Zealand and needed help with their planning. I was planning my first solo travel in 2016, and I really wanted to make the best use of my 15 days in New Zealand. I came across First Light Travel on Google, and just wrote to them. There are many travel sites, but very few like First Light Travel. Sisi planned everything out for me and provided a complete itinerary without withholding any information not knowing if I will indeed book with them or not. Finally, I did book with them. Everything taken care of - buses, train, YHA bookings, tours, etc. depending on my choices. 2 days before my travel dates, a huge earthquake hit the north island. In 2017, four friends embarked on a two month New Zealand adventure with the help of Kasey Zee of First Light Travel. I had done lots of research and knew what we wanted to see and do. I also was very specific about wanting to stay in small BnBs and guest houses where we would interact with local people. Kasey paid attention to everything I said and created a marvelous and authentic experience for us. In fact, I was so pleased I asked her to help us with our two month adventure trip to South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territories this year.

We toured for three weeks. We asked First Light to arrange our airline, car rental, a few tours, and most of our accommodations for the first ten days or so. On the North Island. We were pretty much on our own in the South Island and that all worked fine. They booked us for our last night on the South Island. Everything went a smooth as silk, we were highly pleased with the places they booked us. Real nice homes in the B&Bs and well-kept motels, and real nice people. Tours were with locals who showed you the "real" good stuff, things not in the tour book. In the several days we were on the South Island we found out own places, we did fine too, but we wound up spending up to a couple of extra hours checking rooms, looking for tell-tale signs of great/bad places (like a messy yard may mean a messy room,) that sort of thing. We were "off" season so we did not really need to compete with vacationing families whose kids were out of school, but while there are plenty of hotels and such, all competitively priced, you can have a bad experience in the busy seasons. Driving? All we can say is "pay attention and slow down." USA folks can do it but you can't be looking around at the same time. It is too easy too revert to old habits, like looking left-right-left instead of right-left-right. first Light provided a GPS and it was programed up-to-date. Trust it.

We travelled to New Zealand for the month of December 2017. We wanted to see a lot of the country and also celebrate Christmas holidays and a 40th wedding anniversary. We rarely use travel agents but were referred to First Light Travel thru friends in the US who had booked with them in 2016. We were most pleased with their services. Our Agent Kasey was thorough and responsive to all of our requests. Our accommodations ranged from small guest apartments, luxury lodges and a bareboat sailing charter in the Bay of Islands. The air and ground transportation, car renting, and driver pick ups were handled flawlessly. We especially appreciated the wonderful Treetops and Kinloch Lodges which were great places to spend the Holidays, and the progressive wine tour on our last night in Hawk's Bay. We would not have had these experiences without First Light's help and assistance.

In short - great service and exceptional people. Our initial involvement with First Light Travel and Kasey Yee (the greatest!) was looking into a driving trip around New Zealand. We decided that was not for us and Kasey provided alternates and thenworked on getting us onto a cruise with a short road tour at the end. You won’t find better service After spending several months trying to contact travel agents in New Zealand from here in Belfast in order to find the best experience for our Honeymoon across both islands, we came across Brent who was fantastic in putting together a self drive itinerary that met our exact needs. His team were able to organise all our car hire, accommodation, tickets and activities which meant when we landed at the airport we handed car keys, vouchers etc and off we went on a holiday of a lifetime. If weather prevented any of the activities on certain days, one call to Brent and it was re arranged for another date. While they say "words can hardly describe about something/ experience / someone" and i think New Zealand left me speechless with all surprising views, driving by the river and especially guided well by the local GPS, which did add all the benefits to our basket everytime we drove long distances. The best part of the entire journey was that Shelley was very quick to respond while we needed any advice/ suggestion or help. We were well guided and provided with ample information to read through and visit every city and covered quite a lot of things too. This helped us a lot during our long distances too and especially with regard to small thing such as the 91 / 95 gas stations etc. What has been all the more amazing is that there was a local flavour from the accommodations that we were suggested by Shelley. It really did help us in getting the best accommodations with the well suited timings for all types of activities (with every mix) such as adventure, classic etc.

I used Shelley and the team at First Light Travel to plan a two-week family holiday in the North and South Islands. If you're short on time and don't want to read the rest of the review, you should pick up the phone, contact them and use them. They were fantastic and you cannot go wrong! Now for more details. We (eight of us) take one or two family adventure trips every year (Kilimanjaro, Italian Dolomites, Swiss Alps, Patagonia, Machu Picchu and the Cordillera Blanca in Peru, the Canadian Rockies, etc.). Something inevitably goes wrong and doesn't work out the way you expect it to. That did not happen with First Light Travel (other than torrential rain and high winds during the Tongariro crossing - but they can't control the weather). Everything was flawless, from all of the logistics (we stayed in nearly 10 different places and required a lot of planes and private coaches to get us where we needed to be) to the activities they recommended (the Black Abyss, Ball Pass Crossing, glacier trek, abseiling, fantastic day-hikes, white water rafting, adrenaline rushes in Queenstown, private Holyford trek) to some great restaurant recommendations and lodging choices. They listened to what we wanted out of our vacation and delivered! I'm confident that if we wanted to spend two weeks wine tasting, the outcome would be the same - a fantastic and memorable experience. I'd use them again without hesitation! We first contacted First Light Travel several years ago when we were planning an extravaganza trip to Australia, New Zealand, and Tazmania. We relayed to Kasey that we wanted to spend our money on adventures, not accommodations. At first we weren't sure if we wanted to stay at campgrounds with a camper for the 4 of us traveling together, or if we wanted to stay in hostels and hotels. Kasey, our representative was so in tune with our wants and needs, that she guided us to our perfect trip! We are retired, but active outdoors people. We knew we were planning about a 2 month trip. It ended up being a 2-1/2 month adventure. When Kasey heard of our hesitation between camping or hostels, she advised us that camping often meant campgrounds 10km to 20 km from our destination cities. That fact, combined with the fact that the 4 of us were spending several months together helped her to advise us to stay at hostels and use car rentals. These hostels typically were in rooms with the 4 of us, but at times were in dorm style rooms. She also made sure we had some nights where each couple had their own room. Excellent advice! We emailed and spoke on the phone with Kasey to nail down all the details. We discussed each location to pick excursions, hikes, museum visits, entertainment dinners, and tours with Kasey. She was a font of information. She LISTENED. We were a bit nervous at booking such an extensive trip over the internet, and her providing vouchers for each accommodation and adventure. The details were impeccable! We would arrive, present our vouchers, and enjoy our venue. There was NOT ONE OMISSION or ERROR! She knew us so well that she confidently booked us for a 4 days guided kayak tour in Tazmania with Freycinet Adventures - a huge highlight of our trip. Other highlights included 3 days at Mt. Cook, walking on the Milford and Routeburn trek, whale watching, swimming with the dolphins and sea lions in Kaikoura, hiking in the Bay of Islands, and diving at the Great Barrier Reef while staying on Fitzroy Island. I cannot say enough about First Light Travel. Do yourself a favor and use their services, their knowledgeable staff, their attention to detail, and their enthusiasm!

These days you can arrange your own airbnb and places to go through the internet, sure, but nothing like the insight that these guys have, and they definitely know the places to see, they understand the timing of things so you can do this activity and then go from A to B effectively. This happened 5 years ago, but I can tell you we still hold dear the memories from this trip, the activities, everything. I definitely recommend this agency, I don't really remember anything that went wrong.
