Fullers employees tried so hard to inforce mask wearing. There were some people that seemed less then impressed with the regulations. The fullers employees were more then comfortable L reminding customers of the mask regulations. I was extremely Impressed with how the fullers employees peacefully enforced regulations.

Fullers Ferry’s are an excellent, reliable and efficient way to travel Auckland and see some great sites. Unfortunately, they have a TERRIBLE beer selection, and anyone who enjoys beer will be seriously disappointed. The Apple Cider is good, but dear lord, their beer selection is atrocious and doesn’t represent some of the great brews that New Zealand is known for.

Highlight of my trip to Auckland. The 1.5 hour cruise was ideal. The entire team, from ticketing to the crew onboard, were exceptionally friendly and ensured a first class experience. Highly recommended and would most certainly visit again.

Fullers is a great ferry and tour company. Really worth a visit down the end of Queen St by the harbour. We did a trip to Waiheke Island with wine tour...excellent. Also just used the ferry service to Davenport etc. Well maintained and presented vessels and very helpful staff in the office and onboard.

Recently booked 2 tickets to Waiheke via the Fullers Website, but unfortunately we had to cancel due to schedule changes. After emailing their Customer Care Team, Colleen and Anuj both assisted me well, however Anuj couldn't call me as I had given them the wrong overseas phone number. I corrected this with their Team and Elizabeth promptly called me and resolved my issue in a friendly and professional manner. As a Team Leader of my own Customer Support Team here in Finland, I was impressed with their level of professionalism and willingness to provide the best support for their customers and for that reason, I will be recommending Fullers to my NZ friends and family. 5 Stars.

360 Discovery will take you to and from Gulf Harbour or Tirirtiri Matangi and Auckland, the staff are friendly, the vessels are mostly OK, the weather is sometimes too rough and buses replace the ferry. A great way to travel with refreshments and facilities available on board.

We use this ferry service from Gulf Harbour to the city and the service is always great. There is a good bar on board and it only takes 50 minutes.

I thought the ferry ride to Tiri Tiri Matangi was a little on the pricey side. That being said, the ride was comfortable and provided excellent views.
