Updated Review 20/02/2020 My latest experience with them was very unpleasant. They were not able to match the price but that is not the actual reason that I didn't like. All of a sudden they stopped responding to my message. If they had responded back saying they were unable to match the price I was looking for, I would have called that professionalism. 3 stars only after considering my previous good experience with them. -- Old Review: My experience with Gill travels was good. They were polite and always ready to work through my changing requirements. I have given some feedback and if they haven't improved during my next experience, I will reduce my rating.

I would definitely recommend Gill Travels to any passenger travelling overseas, or even travelling in general. The Sales consultant known as Lipin in particular has given an excellent service. I was very much stressed with my grandma travelling overseas, but the way Lipin managed to give every single required information on time and made sure everything went smoothly was just beyond me.
