V.Purchased the ‘Champagne Sunset City’ package for my hubby’s birthday (New Year’s Day) and was not disappointed. Upon our arrival we received a bottle of Bollinger and shared a glass or two pre-flight. Our hostess(?) Jess was really very knowledgeable and kept us in the loop about our trip, and our pilot was very informative about the city sights and landmarks. It was really well worth the experience and very well-priced. Thanks guys!

A.Customer service is second to none. Not an easy thing to find these days, understanding and accommodating. A relaxed K9 welcome set the pace. Auckland from the ground is one thing - surfing, tramping, fishing and exploring, I have lived this flight every day since with a new respect of what we have on our door step. G.Fantastic - our flight with Heletranz was spectacular. Part of 50th birthday present so I was very lucky to be included we had a beautiful day. We flew out to the West coast which is soo wild and our pilot gave us lots of information on the area's we were looking at. Then we went back over Great Barrier and Waiheke thru the city and back to Heletranz in Albany. I would do it again in a heartbeat thank you Heletranz.
