I highly recommend House of Travel - Ellerslie to anyone who’s thinking about booking their next travels. I was dealing with Tania Matselskaya, she was super helpful and supportive. All arrangements were done quick and professionally, easy communication and special thank you for guidance regarding required procedures due to the Corona virus.

Jillian Brodie from House of Travel in Ellerslie was outstanding. I reearched online and walked in off the street. She listened to my needs, made appropriate recommendations, did what she said she would in a timely manner and we had a great trip to Kakadu and the Northern Territories. Loved the HOT App.

Anita at House of Travel Ellerslie is helpful, efficient and extremely nice! I had issues with my flights and had to amend them last minute; she spent a lot of time looking at the different options for me and was very reassuring the whole time, which helped a lot. Jillian Brodie has arranged several trips away for me and my family. On more than one occasion she was able to get the best flights and prices that I was not able to get directly. She is also and encyclopaedia of information when it comes to tourist attractions, things to do and accommodation. I recommend Jillian to anyone looking for great travel deals and taking the stress and time away from booking (especially when mulit stops/destinations are on the itinerary)

The expertise of a good travel agency relies on the staff having wide ranging personal travel experience. Glen Armstrong specialises in art and art history, but he put together a great tour of South East Asia for our son, including the trek to Everest Base Camp.
