Amazing service throughout the whole booking experience, in these times I was looking for more security with flying such a long haul flight, here I felt they went one step better, with clear information coving all matters of travel whilst being happy to answer any queries I had, I wouldn't think to book any future travel plans without going through the Hobsonville branch. Mike installed a professional service which not many business manage to do these days, wish I could give them more stars.

Thank you Mike for making planning and booking our first trip to Stewart Island so easy. Appreciated your professional and helpful manner and quick responses. We will definitely be booking future holidays with you again.

Fantastic experience booking overseas travel through Mike, our last trip went very smoothly thanks to his attention to detail and dedication to giving amazing service. Looking forward to Europe later in the year - Mike listened to what we required and came up with a fabulous itinerary.

Mike did a great job in early 2020 booking a Europe trip for us from Greece to Britain. He then did another great job in recovering the deposits we had paid before Covid hit.

Wonderful, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional too. Mike put a holiday together in Rarotonga for me last month, within a matter of days. It was stress free & fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much Mike😁👏

Team at HoT Hobsonville point AKL didn't give up over a year and a half to fight to get a refund for me for a flight cancelled due to the pandemic, even though the airline was denying it firmly, giving proof of being high professional, absolutely caring and really thoughtful. Our tour last year with Wendy Wu was cancelled because of Covid, so Buzz suggested a small trip of 11 days with Wendy Wu called Hidden Gold of the South which we are so pleased we did and consider this tour exceptional value for the places we stayed and the meals supplied. We added a 5 day trip ourselves to the West Coast, and Buzz looked after all our flights, TranzAlpine tickets, rental car and accomodation. Thank you Buzz for an excellent job. We have no hesitation in booking with you again.

Highly recommend. They helped us to book the holiday of a lifetime. The process was so easy with options presented and pros and cons of each discussed. Unfortunately the covid-19 pandemic then hit and the holiday had to be cancelled. They helped us recover more in refunds that we had expected with the money promptly returned to us. We will be back to book our next big overseas adventure when this pandemic settles down. Can't recommend highly enough.

Thank you so much Buzz for organising my 50th over on Waiheke!!!!! Absolutely LOVED the archery and pocket shot - it really got the group going! Stonyridge was AMAZING and the food - WOW!!! Our tour guide Lance just made our day!!! I could not have asked for more, or enjoyed this day more. We all had an absolute BLAST!!! I cannot express how much I appreciate EVERYTHING you have done for us in organising this day!!! Due to COVID there have been cancellations, changes, set backs, frustrations and a HUGE amount of work for you!!! You have been so considerate, understanding, patient and a total professional. At every setback you have come through with several solutions to choose from. You are an ABSOLUTE STAR!!!!! And in saying all of this, THEN you hit one out of the park with the AWESOME framed photo and bubbles, presented to me of the day, ON the day!!!! WOW!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Buzz and the team at Hobby Point HOT are such a pleasure to deal with. Our privately arranged Air BnB was cancelled at short notice and we went in a mad panic to see Buzz, and he had awesome accommodation sorted for us in no time at all. Full of advice and makes booking travel and accommodation such a breeze.

Buzz and the team were fantastic with arranging our honeymoon in Samoa. They got us great rates (cheaper than it was going to be to stay on Waiheke Island) in a beautiful resort and lots of tips for things to do there and getting around. Definitely recommend using them to plan your next trip (and we will be)!

We have recently returned from a fantastic holiday in Japan, arranged by House of Travel in Hobsonville. All the accommodation was of a good standard and very conveniently sited to make sightseeing as easy as possible. The itinerary allowed us to visit most of the well known tourist attractions as well as some less known ones (such as the wonderful Himeji castle). Train travel was amazing and so efficient and the advice we were given about rail passes and Suica cards was extremely helpful. Thanks so much Mike(Buzz) Thomson for helping to make this such a memorable trip.

With a large family to accomodate from teenagers to grandparents, we didn't know where to start! All we knew is we wanted a family holiday of a lifetime that ticked everyones boxes, gave us the right balance between excitment and "relax" and one that was not going to cost the earth! Dreaming right?! Well, Buzz made our dream come true...he knew exactly where to take us, giving us pointers on what to do, what not to do, ensuring we were safe but adventerous. Club Med Phuket ended up being our family trip of a lifetime! Every need was meet by ALL 9 of us - you couldnt ask for more than that. Our 16 year old now wants to work at a Club Med! Thank you Buzz, this is not the first time we have used you and it certainly wont be the last... a faultless experience and would recommend you to anyone!!!
