We have been buying flight tickets from Mann travels for the past 6 years and I ONLY deal with Sachin, because he constantly provides great customer service. He is always nice and ensures we are able to get our desired flight dates at a reasonable price. This time Sachin has gone over and above to assure we have understood the requirements that need to be met in order to travel, due to covid. We had several questions throughout the process, which he answered in a quick manner, so that we could make sure everything was done on time. :)

Well I normally don’t write reviews often, but I really wanted to get in touch with you guys about Sachin’s customer service.He has been gem of a person and provided the best possible service anyone who ask for. I will highly recommend to everyone to ask for Sachin when you call their customer service centre for tickets enquiry. Please pass my regards to him :)

Rohit saini and Pankaj Marwah are a lifesaver. I am traveling overseas and I booked a flight through them . Rohit and Pankaj went above and beyond to help me. As I am flying solo it was scary as due to ongoing covid situation There are literally number of tests and it was so confusing but they saved the day. Thank you. I wish all customer service representatives were as wonderful as You guys. I never had a problem because of their help. They spent a lot of time on phone calls guiding me how and when to fill the forms never got annoyed for once due to my repetitive requests for same concerns. They have a very simple process. Fast ,convenient and easy . They share all the required info comfortably at your fingertip. When u r guided thoroughly about every step , It makes the trip a lot more exciting. Rohit and Pankaj u guys are Awesome. Two Thumbs definitely.😊

It took a long time to get hold of an travel agent on the phone, however once I got an agent to speak to it was a great customer experience with the booking process. My flights are due later this year and I looking forward to good customer experience and responsive with all the pre-departure process.

Maan travels is one of the best consultant to book flight tickets. Staff is very freindly and gove you detailed information regarding your queries. Since long, I am booking my flights from Mann Travel and I found the team is professional. Two days ago, I have booked my ticket again and Sachin Uttreja is their team member, who booked my ticket. Sachin is really very co-operative, professional and explained me all the details very patiently when ever I called him. He was quick to reply back and searched tickets for me and also suggested to make up my mind and I will hold tickets for you. He is such a kind person and very helpful. Hi guys, really had a very good experience with maan travels. Deepak Kumar was very supportive and helpful.

Tejinder Singh has been able to book my tickets to India. However It didn't just stop there when I had to book my tickets back from India to New Zealand it had been stressful due to flights getting cancelled and postponed. In this scary time should you have a travel agent who can be in your shoes to help you plan your journey ahead. Tejinder here has been kind, patient and worked with me as a team to make my journey smooth. Tejinder knows his job so well that I was guided professionally and as an individual. I started looking for flights in June and finally bought the ticket for July end till then sending me all the links, forms, assisting in getting complementary lounge services every little thing was taken care of from scratch. I never had such a wonderful experience so far.I have booked 3 tickets through Tejinder in 4 months. I mean going extra miles to ensure that the client has a Safe journey is a great skill. Excellent communication skills , know where to pick up the conversation from where it was left. Thank you Mann Travels to make my life easier. Travelling can be stressful as it is especially in time of this pandemic but if we have smart and intelligent travel agents like Tejinder knowing exactly what they are doing, travelling can be much easier. I been touch with mann travel from last 9 years .This year my family stuck in India.I booked my flight and MIQ voucher with Shahbaj and Tejinder.I use to call them more than 5 times a day.They helped me evertime with politly. Dear Mann Travels, Reaching out today to give you a big shout out for the management of Malaysia Airlines charter flight on 28th Aug 2020 - from Auckland to Delhi. When I first booked the flight and paid full price without proper confirmations, I was very nervous about it. However, the entire process of confirmations, providing information on the paperwork requirements, and responses on phone and email was very good. I was really impressed, and really happy with your services. My elderly mother was travelling on her own and I was very worried for her. However, just before she boarded, a Mann Travels agent called me from the Auckland airport to assure me that everything was all right and mom was taken care of. Overall, great service guys. I have booked Mann Travel twice. I have had a fantastic experience. The first time when I used Mann travel (June 2019) I was assisted by Mr. Micky Kumar. He was patient and was very meticulous in finding the right flight at reasonable price for me. Brilliant service provided by him made me use Mann Travel again. The second time I was assisted by Mr. Japneet Singh. He was also too good. Prompt with his searches and was very patient is finding the right flight for us. Must thank these both gentlemen. I booked my ticket from kalpana, one of staff members of Mann travel. My employer was paying it as a third party though it was quite frequent. She guided me for whole 10 to 15 minutes process on phone. She gave me a good deal which was better as compared to anyone in market. Made bookings through Kalpana, great service and Rates would have given 5 star. The only annoying thing is every time you call they keep asking for you number and e-mail id even though they have it. Hope they can change that. Once you are put with the consultant they are good.

Excellent prices and customer service! I spoke to three people today, Ankit, Nidhi and Pavinder. They all were very helpful and dedicated. My experience with Mann Travel was not great at the beginning. I spoke to different Agents, but no one was able to fulfil the promises made which was very disappointing. Finally my call was answered by Anvi who not only demonstrated an exceptional customer service but did the required follow up for me and kept me updated. Mann travels always offer a good bargain for flights. I however encountered a difficult situation where certain ticket details and specifics were being debated by the airlines. This got passed on to many front line staff and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and lost all hoped. However Matthew (an excellent customer service agent) picked on my frustration instantly handled my query well and passed it to his senior Gurdeep as the matter was a bit complex. Gurdeep stepped in and offered prompt resolution to the query. He communicated clearly and effectively. He kept the communication transparent and simple. Fully recommendable service.. was checking cheap airfares online with short stay, friend rekon to call Mann travel, Kalpana got in touch and listened to my requirements properly, she offered cheapest fares but with 10-15 hours stay. I told her there is online flight avail with short stay but bit costly than she offered me alot of flights in same price, 1-2 hours stay. I told her what i exactly found(baggage issue in others), she beated online price and offered me same flight.

No doubt their customer service is good. But the most annoying and irritating is their authorization process. One can imagine if you are a new customer or someone enquiring flight details for the first time. Even when you call to confirm your ticket or have a generic question, they require you to confirm your mobile and email. To top it, everytime they transfer between staff, each one asks you to authorize your personal details. It gets on to your nerves. I will hesitate to book tickets with them in the future.

Most of the Mann Travel's call centre executives are providing good services. However there are very few who dont care. I have come across one executive Mr Pankaj Sharma 2 times over couple of months time, and both times he said what he is gonna do for me, which he never did and I have to call several times to other executives to get it done . I felt during my dealing with Mr Pankaj Sharma that his attitude is sort of not providing a service but doing a favour or obliging me or made me feel little. I cant understand why he is working there if he does not understand the basics of customer service. I hope I dont have to deal with him next time.

Anjali was very helpful to me, I had a situation where my mother in law was stuck at mumbai airport and couldn't check in with out a written ticket as she was coming to New Zealand on visitors visa.
