I thoroughly enjoyed the trip to and from Matakana Markets with TIME Unlimited Tours. Neill was entertaining, friendly and went out of his way to deliver an excellent service. The vehicle was high quality and extremely comfortable. Even though the trip takes around an hour from Auckland, we seemed to arrive in no time!

Neil was a fantastic tour guide, incredibly knowledgeable and had a fantastic rapport with the group. Could not recommend him enough if you're after a fun day out with the family if you're new to Auckland, or even for a stag do/birthday/hen's night

My hubby and I had an amazing experience of the Matakana Market Transfer. The driver Neill was knowledgeable and so friendly. We felt so safe to and from Matakana -we knew we were in good hands. Oh boy, was Matakana so beautiful. Highly recommend Time Unlimited Tours and of course Neill.

I joined a full-day field trip to Auckland Coast area . For example, I visited Piha Beach, Arataki Visitor Center, etc. This was the most exciting and amazing experience in Auckland for me:) I was a Japanese student and my English was not there yet, but thanks to my knowledgeable and cheerful guide, Ceillhe and her jovial and charming assistants, I really enjoyed it. I recommend this tour by TIME Unlimited Tours to all who visit Auckland. Kia ora XD

Our host, Neill, was prompt, good natured, and a pleasure to make part of a stag party. Kudos where kudos is due!

Our full day Auckland tour was conducted by Sofia who gave us many insights into the Maori culture and points of interest . We traveled all day and many kilometers from the east to the west coast and never left the city of Auckland she pointed out. She was extremely knowledgeable, entertaining and an outstanding driver. Highly recommend this tour company.

I had the best experience with Time Unlimited Tours, they were so prompt with their service. I had a group of 70 people getting transported from one venue to another. It was absolutely hassle free and my guests were very impressed! They were on time, so kind and helpful. Neill and Ceillhe are the loviest people and I just can't recommend their service enough!! 10/10 across the board. I would use this company again, ANY day of the week!

Ceillhe and Hazel were fantastic tour guides for two different tours on two different days while we were in Auckland. This tour company actually seems to like tourists as they treat you as visitors with a purpose. They take the time to strike a balance in what you are interested in and what they feel is important and necessary for you to learn about. Well done!

Sofia is the best!!! I got to see the best parts of Auckland, and the beach I've been dying to see for years!! And I got to do this the day I left town because Sofia had it ALL under control!! Fantastic history of the city and Maori culture, which I enjoyed so much! I hope to get back and take more trips from this company; preferably with Sofia!

We did the Auckland Full Day Tour and had one of the most amazing experiences of our lives!!Its unbelievable how so few kilometers from central Auckland is possible to reach places so amazing, wild and unexplored!On our tour, we saw beautiful beaches, forests; inactive volcanoes, breathtaking nature trails crossed, and still had a very special stop for a picnic in one of the loveliest waterfalls we've seen.Neill and Marius were extremely attentive, professional, and friendly, have shown very knowledgeable of the region (and the Maori culture) and led us to places we would never have discovered on our own!They also showed care and concern, both with us and with the environment, something that really impressed us positively. It was a perfect day! 100% recommend this tour to anyone who comes to Auckland!

We had the best experience. We learned so much in a full day which helped us appreciate what Auckland has to offer. Sophia, our guide was very attentive, friendly. She was fully knowledgeable and passionate about the history of New Zealand and all the areas we toured. Our every need was catered and thought before we even got in the car.Although, we finished the tour with the rain, it was perfect!!! Our thanks to the staff at the Devonport restaurant for our lunch. We had a great experience with Hazel as our tour guide for 2 days in the Rotorua area. She was able to give us great background on the culture and history of the area. Because it was a private tour, we were able to spend the time exactly where we wanted to, which was perfect for the short time we had in the area. I highly recommend TIME Unlimited Tours, and especially Hazel.

This was a wonderful tour filled with interesting facts about Auckland and beautiful sights to see. Ceillhe is a magnificent tour guide and very knowledgeable. She not only showed us around Auckland, but she also took us to the surrounding areas including beautiful black sand beaches where she had an amazing picnic arranged for all of us. It was quite an educational experience and I would highly recommend the all day tour to anyone visiting Auckland.

All three of our guides were phenomenal. Their knowledge and personal cultural insight was extraordinary. Sophia, our driver was very warm, helpful and justifiably proud of New Zealand. She is also a very prolific and respected artist. Gazza was a very cheerful character, always pleasant and a wealth of information about the Maori. His Mauri greeting was heartwarming. Hinauri was our guide for the Maori Museum and was very personable and informative. I can highly recommend this tour and give many thanks all around.

On our travels through New Zealand my partner and I booked 3 AMAZING tours with TIME Unlimited and I have to say that it has been the best tours I have ever been on – it just perfectly started-off our north island journey. So all in all I can only recommend them to anyone visiting this beautiful country! We booked an Auckland Day Tour, on which we visited the City Highlights and also drove out West to see the stunning coast and black sand beaches of Auckland. From the beginning of my booking communication with Neill Sperath I felt confident about booking, as everything was very clear and I got to see everything on our first day tour that was promised to us. Plus even got more than expected, with a restaurant lunch, snacks and a small picturesque picnic on the beach. We fully enjoyed this first introduction day to Auckland with your lovely guide Jo so much that we decided to book another 2 days private touring with TIME Unlimited to visit the spectacular Waitomo Glowworm Caves, Rotorua (overnight) and the Hobbiton Movie Set on the way back. Once again the best tour experience ever! Our guide Neil was very knowledgeable, friendly and just seemed to love his job showing visitors like us around this beautiful country. Of course touring privately in these fancy vans comes at certain costs, but to us it was absolutely worth every cent! Thanks again Neill & Ceillhe, Jo and Neil for showing us around your beautiful country, we highly recommend your touring services to our friends and everyone visiting New Zealand.

Sofia was absolutely amazing!!!! She knew Auckland and its history like the back of her hand! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone wanting to get to know New Zealand/Auckland! Truly a wonderful experience and would do again just to see Sofia!

Loved my tour with TIME Unlimited. I can personally recommend the Auckland West Coast Tour! The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and was flexible with the itinerary, spending longer in places we wanted to see.

The agency was perfect. Since the preparatives by mail, with clear kind and quick answers. And a great attitude to adapt their responses to our requests. The tour was excellent: respect for the concept of a private tour punctual the guide was fantastic with good information, kindness and flexibility to adapt to our needs The vehicle was tidy There were a lot of little details that make the difference: cushion wrapped in grey tape, different kind of snacks in a cozy basket some gifts It is highly recommendable

We had a fantastic 4-hour-plus tour of the Greater Aukland area ... our two guides were not only helpful in terms of their overview of the city, but were also genuinely friendly. Multiple thumbs-up on this excursion. I recommend it to anyone visiting Aukland.

This is an extremely professional and slick operation - you are in good hands. Every personal need is catered to and thought about before you even get into the vehicle. Extra clothing in case it gets cold, umbrellas, yummy treats presented in beautiful baskets, informative guiding, super modern and clean vehicles and warm memories to take away. Every expectation was met and I was sad when the day was over. I did two different tours (one a Maori tour of Auckland and the other a wilderness walk in the Waitakere national park) - and both were equally lovely. Keep up the good work TIME Unlimited Tours - you're in a class of your own in NZ.

I did a full day maori tour with Time Unlimited Tours following reviews on Trip Advisor and that I wanted to not just "see Auckland" but I wanted a "maori perspective" and experience some more maori culture. I not only got this on this tour but also gained two very special friends. I was picked up at my hotel by Ceilidh in a luxury mercedes van with snacks and drinks provided. It was a wonderful day made all the better by Ceilidh's friendliness and knowledge. It was like being taken around the city by a friend. The tour also included lunch, where we had it at the fish markets (wonderful food!) where I got to meet Neill as well. It was one of the best tours I have ever done! Thank you so much Time Unlimited. I am hoping one day to come back again and do one of your multi-day trips of the North Island! Cheers from the Aussie All Blacks fan!

The Private Evening Hobbiton Tour. Firstly our praise for Harry our brilliant Time Unlimited guide who was at all times professional, respectful, cheerful and eager to please us in every way possible. He had us both totally engaged on the drive there with a brief history of the Maori people, their culture and language. He tried teaching us a bit of Maori, which we both failed abysmally but it was fun and enlightening. The honey tasting was also a nice extra. Then we arrived at Hobbiton and were totally immersed in Tolkien’s Hobbit world. What a great combination to have the lovely daytime tour, then an interlude in the warm and atmospheric Green Dragon for a sumptuous and delicious feast, followed by a magical starlight and lantern tour to the Party Tree Hill. The two young Hobbiton guides (Sunny and Hayden) were unbelievable with such engaging and delightful personalities and great knowledge of all things Lord of the Rings and Hobbit movie stories. We were sad to have to say goodbye to them and Hobbiton but Harry drove us safely back to our hotel in warmth and luxury and in no time at all. From start to finish the tour was magical and we could not fault anything, as it was beyond our expectations. The Time Unlimited organisation was flawless as well.

A great way to discover Auckland (and much more!) This was one of the best tour we experienced in our journey to New Zealand! Sofia, our tour guide, has proven to be a really knowledge expert about almost everything, from Maori language and traditions, to food, plants and wildlife! and a skilled driver too! we had the chance to get around from the city center to the deep forest, from piha beach (Tasman sea) to Devonport (across the harbour bridge). we also had the chance to taste typical local products, such as fresh fruit, Manukah honey, sweets, kiwi juice and Marmite (but not me, i don't like it!) during the trip and a good lunch in Devonport too! i think the best thing of that day was how Sofia managed to create a really great atmosphere, telling us a lot of everything without being like a teacher with her students (even if she could be a great english teacher, i'm not native english speaking but i could understand her 100%!), but trying to be interactive, and always smiling and funny too! Kia ora Sofia (and Tina too, of course!)

We took the one way Auckland to Rotorua tour via Hobbiton. It was a wonderful, stress free journey considering we were travelling with our 2 year old toddler. Daniel was a great guide and we did not feel the guilt of having a noisy one in the back seat as firstly, it was a private tour and secondly, Daniel, being a grandfather himself understood the trial and tribulations of travelling with a toddler. hi all . i would highly recommend the full day tour of Auckland. Ceillhe is a mine field of information, and her personal insight of the ways and culture of the Moari people is exceptional, her personality is a delight, and she get every one on board involved, and to talk about where we all came from and what we do for a living, it was great to meet new people from other places from around the world and to get to know them a little bit better. The rain Forrest are out of this world there is so much to see and take in. it was an app-solute please to have been on this tour. thank you so much Ceillhe

This is the first time I experience two days one night of staying in Marae. I would say that overall programmes were extremely awesome because the organizer offered us various of Maori stuff such as dancing, carving, fighting, singing and playing games. The best part was to experience the Maori village whereby it exhibited several stations and each station presented those Maori stuff I mentioned earlier. The second best thing about this trip is its FOOD. I find that Hangi (the Maori's method of preparing food) is very much interesting besides it's healthy-friendly criteria. I can't believe that all sorts of meats and vegetables were super delicious and well-cooked. Indeed, the desserts provided (for eg the steam cake and pavlova) were perfect for the taste of my tongue. Besides Maori village and Hangi, the accommodation provided was outstanding. Though it was cold during the night, the organizer prepared us enough blankets and pillows. I would say that I'm lucky enough to experience all these for the first time with a thumb-up service. Well done to the organizer !
