P.Most Travel agents don’t really care what happens to your tickets or your trip once they are booked. You are usually left to check everything every step of the way. Travel Links and Saurabh in particular on the other hand, has the best after sales service i have ever received in New Zealand from any business. Not once but thrice, he made sure they notified me of the change in time of my flights along with other important information. I get really fussy at times when I don’t understand something but this guy kept his cool and patience and answered all my questions even if i asked them repeatedly. Not once did i hear him sigh or take a tone that made me feel bad. Went above and beyond. Very Professional.
