Blenheim i-site has come a long way in terms of improvement. I remember 10 years ago this place was not fully equipped to cater for information seekers. However, now the place look very modern and presentable with stylish outlook. There is a small souvenir shop inside. Staff is very helpful. Lot of stuff has moved online but it is good to check with them about hiking and sightseeing stuff. Lot of parking spot for vehicles.

Opposite rail station. All the info you need on local area. Nice chocolate shop opposite for a bit of self indulgence while you decide where to go. Staff are friendly and helpful

Alice was excellent, very helpful and sold us our tickets for the cheese festival

I used the toilets there. They were in a fairly good condition.

Very good, the girl/lady (apologies for anyone offended by the terms) helping us was excellent and very obliging with her information. Well worth the visit. She was bang on with her recommendations.

This place is very helpful for travelers for leaving big suitcases there while they wait for their onward bus. The staff was obliging.

15/4/21 The two ladies who helped my wife and I organise a airport shuttle and hold our luggage for us while we spent a few hours in town were terrific. Even gave us a easter egg 😊. Thankyou very much for making our short time in Blenheim memorable. Dylan & Mel.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. It’s good to find such a warm gesture in a new place for a visitor. They gave us the right information to decide upon taxi bookings and even booked one successfully for us. Having a great customer service at the i-Sites makes it crucial for any tourist location and Blenheim ... you topped it😀 Good going!
