T.A huge thank you to Robyn and Vince for the warm welcome and hospitality accorded to us. The Karapiro Willows B & B is a superb accomodation and we highly recommend to anyone. The room was well presented, clean and the bed was comfortable. Robyn welcomed us to their beautiful kitchen and served us great breakfast.

J.Location : 10/10 peaceful and relaxing setting, yet very close to all amenities
Property : 10/10 beautifully presented and very modern, set in beautiful surroundings
Room : 10/10 very impressed. I slept well, and the bath care products supplied were very nice. Also the shower,..OMG !! water pressure was impressive
Breakfast/service : 10/10 Robyn is just amazing !! every morning I was served the most yummy and healthy breakfast, and every evening on my return my room had been cleaned
Value for money : 10/10 I can't believe it was so cheap !! (perhaps there is lots of competition out there???) but personally I would have paid a lot more

J.House was beautifully presented and immaculate. Room size was very generous with a modern bathroom that was well maintained. Breakfast was nice but very simple and abit of a let down. Toast, boiled eggs, and fruit salad. A traditionally cooked breakfast with either scrambled/poached eggs and abit of bacon etc would have been a much nicer and generous approach. Having experienced beautifully cooked breakfasts at other bnbs within the karapiro region, this did not met the same level of standard. Overall a pleasant experience but a disappointment when it came to breakfast.

M.(Translated) Superb B&B, the most beautiful of our entire road trip across the North Island. Ideally located in a quiet area outside of town and close enough to Hobbiton. Very warm welcome, very quiet, very clean and very comfortable place. Wonderful breakfast and the best part is the beautiful meeting with our host, with whom we discussed the things of life during breakfast. It's a great memory. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Superbe B&B, le plus beau de tout notre road trip à travers l'île du nord. Idéalement situé au calme à l'extérieur de la ville et assez près de Hobbiton. Accueil très chaleureux, endroit très calme, très propre et très confortable. Magnifique petit déjeuner et le plus c'est la belle rencontre avec notre hôte, avec laquelle nous avons discuté des choses de la vie pendant le petit déjeuner. C'est un superbe souvenir. Je recommande c'est endroit sans hésitation.
