Clean & tidy airport. Easy to find everything as it is the small place.

Modern design, good selection of food, beverages. It was very busy on the afternoon that I visited. Very spacious areas to relax, seating is varied and very comfortable.

Good coffee. When I orderef a hot chocolate for my daughter, a very nice barista write my name on it, my daughter was so happy when she saw it. A very good open view with good selection of drinks. Food range is much smaller than Auckland Domestic lounge or international lounge

Clean and tidy lounge. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shower and toilets in good condition. Staff should remind customers to keep social distancing as its not inforced. Not busy at 10.30

I take my hat off to the staff that are filling the plates and making the drinks during Level 2. Always smiling and cheerful. Food was delicious too and the lounge was ver comfortable.

Amazing lounge, located at international departure after security check and nearby the duty free. I wasn’t expected a nice lounge at this small airport but this is really surprising me. It’s worthy to walk in to lounge earlier instead spend time at duty free. The food here is really tasty, you will be all good in this lounge and don’t need to look around for food.

One of the best domestic premium lounges I have ever been. Absolutely love using this lounge. It’s cosy, spacious yet has all the amenities a premium lounge should have. It comes with its own barista made coffee. Has most of the best beers available in NZ (not craft beers). Reasonable varieties of NZ wines. The view to the runway is also stunning. You basically have the panorama view of the entire Air NZ domestic aircrafts.

Went courtesy of a friend. A restful place to fill in time. Lots of tables looking on to the runway. A fridge full of drinks for the taking and plenty of food, salads, snacks and fruit. There is even a shower if you need to freshen up.

This is a review of the international departures lounge. It's a small lounge, but probably appropriate for a small airport (relative to say Auckland). Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is nice but range is limited. This lounge hasn't been refurbished like some of the other Air New Zealand ones have - once it has, I'm sure it will be even better.

Always a nice way to start the day. I usually fly out early so breakfast here and a chance to relax before I get in the plane is great. The staff is always fabulous, and the young woman making coffee is superb! Well worth my Koru membership.

It can get quite busy. We had to circle a couple of times to get a spot for x2 on a Sunday late afternoon. I am not a member but was invited in as a guest. I could easily see the preference in waiting here for flights. They are very accomdating. They keep tidy. Assortment of drinks, you should find something to like with the vast selection.

Very quiet with the ongoing COVID situation and no overseas traveller's. The breakfast needs a review really gone down hill. Those sausages 🤮 and the scrambled egg pretty grim. Staff always nice. Just be careful though air NZ stop cutting corners and quality of offerings!

Fav Koru club. Massive amount of space and volume. High ceilings w amazing baffled design, soaring front windows. It's just a lovely calm spot when you've been rushing and want to sit and get a few mails done

While they are all good the selection of the food in the CHC lounge is excellent. However the Air NZ staff and the catering staff in the lounge are exceptionally pleasant and polite. Please pass these comments on to them.

Busy busy busy. The more you travel the more your you end up amongst the commuters of the air. I was in the lounge at about 5pm and it was incredibly crowded. Good option are limited currently as they are going through a kitchen renovation, but it is all fresh. Staff are attentive but unable to properly clean the lounge with so many travellers.

Always exemplary, especially compared to other lounges (especially Qantas with their lack of comfy armchairs, & emphasis on lollies! rather than real food), the Koru Lounge is a real treat. Very comfortable, you can relax in its calm, serene environment, & enjoy really good food. The drink's not bad, either. Seriously, it takes the stress out of travel. Staff are very courteous & helpful.

I've been fortunate over the years to experience lounges in many other countries, and this is one of the very best. Has a kids room setup perfectly so you can sit outside and watch them, which is a fantastic design. Lounge has great selection of food and drinks with the staff extremely helpful during our visit.

Relaxing in this place before a flight is always a pleasure. Whether its the start of a holiday or the end of a long work day, the staff are friendly, the food is good and the wine and beer selection is always top notch! I dont think i can go back to not having a lounge membership!

Great place to sit waiting for the departure of your plane. Need to be a member or go with someone who is a member. Upstairs past security and then up stairs again. Window looks out onto the tarmac and the Southern Alps. Good range of facilities, TV, magazines, newspapers, wifi. Toilets and showers. Seating plentiful except during peak times then it becomes an issue. Good range of food, hot and cold, as well as drinks. Barista coffee also available.

Just as good as the others, quite roomy, tons of power points around which are in high demand these days. Food and coffee were pretty good, it varies on time of day but I scored some damn good meatballs in the evening, and maybe snuck a couple of chocolate fish.

Comfortable lounge nice coffee and porridge but why serve such a spicy breakfast everytime? Just give us fresh egg and bacon with simple beans or tomatoes please

Full hot meals, self serve alcohol, barista, good views of the airport. No bean bags, which would be nice for a wee nap. They've also cut the local papers in a cost cutting exercise, which i dont appreciate.

Nice place to stop off pre flight. The food is a bit repetitive if you fly often. The eis a good alcohol collection. The views are good and most of the time there are plenty of seats.

Nice and clean Koru loung. Toilet could be cleaned better or more often. Nice and friendly staff. Coffee pre-ordered from airport New Zealand app was served upon arrival, which was very handy. Only had one hot dish at 11am that was sausage rolls, which was very disappointed. It seemed alot quieter than the other ones we've been to in the country.

Great place went in with a mate, had a feed and a coupleey brewskis and really enjoyed people watching. Low point was not seeing anyone famous and high point was the Asian child I watched, he was cute but I know that I'll never have one of my own because the love of my life isn't Asian but by god do they make cute kids.
