M.After finding Matt at Bespoke Kiwi's contact details online, I found him very easy to communicate with and his prices fair, so we chose Bespoke to take myself and a large group of friends on a day trip in the Bay of Islands. I used to work in the travel industry with a huge part being in customer service. I was so impressed by how you keep true to your personality while staying prompt and professional. It took us four years to return to New Zealand after having Matt as our guide the first trip-our first 22 day trip was epic with him, and to say this 20 day trip was epic also is an understatement. On this trip, we wanted to explore the parts of NZ we had missed before-and do more hiking, sea kayaking. We explored roads barely traveled. We like to stay in B& B's and farmstays, as we love to meet the families.
Matt arranges everything, from picking us up at the airport, to accommodations, activities, and the constant search for seafood chowder. He will plan your trip according to your budget, your interests, and physical capabilities. Having him as a driver reduced the stress of driving unfamiliar areas, so we could enjoy the scenery, and stop and take photos when we wanted.
