The team at Christchurch Accommodation are fantastic. Always professional, friendly and helpful they are a pleasure to deal with. The team have been managing our unit for many years. We have been the tenants of this Lovely Hotel Apartment for the last year; and we are very pleased about the friendly services, security ,tidiness in all public areas and Gymnasium. Well-organised self-contained units are located centrally in the city, comfortable, sunny and warm throughout the year.It is highly recommended to anybody as the apartments are easy to maintain.

Kathy and the team at Christchurch Accommodation have been amazing property managers. From our 1st point of contact to tenants occupying our apartments, the process has been smooth and faultless. Kathy initially recommended we add some extra fixtures and fittings to make our units feel more homely, and achieving good tenants has not been an issue. As a landlord who lives away from Christchurch, its the little things that count. - Like taking care of all the services, cleaning after tenancy, inspections, reports, updates and easy to read statements; but most of all, being readily available to discuss and explain suggestions for our properties has given us peace of mind knowing our properties are being looked after by good professional people. Our tenants are happy renting properties that suit them well, we are happy as owners because our investments are being well cared for, and the team at Christchurch Accommodation is happy because business is going well. Clean tidy and looked great when we arrived. Lovely views to the west over park and city. Very handy location for central city venturing and Hagley Park events. Bathroom was too small and hard to get in and out of. There was a loud buzz behind the bedroom headboard that kept us awake both nights and we were so tired it ruined our long planned for romantic weekend.

This place was very welcoming and made me feel at home after moving all the way from South Africa. The staff was very helpful and always ready to assist however they can. The rooms where well furnished and in a great location. plenty of local restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The unit only had minor earthquake damage it was clean and well presented I would stay again if needed the only bad thing was the carparking car park was on the top level whereas the uit was on level 2 didn't make sense using the lift or stairs when the carpark on L2 was empty

Clean facilities, including bathroom... hot shower ! WIFI is sporadic... good secure parking and convenient to City Center... Will use again...

Great apartments, with high class service included, very secure parking as well. Excellent location.

I usually stay at the Armagh St property. It is clean, tidy, easily accessible, well located, and the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful.

Although our clients have not moved into the apartment yet, we are very impressed with the service leading up to securing a booking for 2 seperate apartments.
