Spoiler alert with the pics here. (All just phone pics so you'll get better... but gives you an idea of what to expect) Really great walk, especially so close to town! Tricky to find trail head though!

My twin brother and I (23 year olds) did this guided crater rim walk in December 2019 on recommendation, it was spectacular and I highly recommend it . Not only were the views amazing, but Nicole was very easy going and informative who made the experience enjoyable. She catered to our fitness level, and since both my brother and I are very young was able to take us on a challenging but rewarding hike, with a few funny memories along the way which we will never forget. Worth every cent to do this walk.

We had a great day out at Crater Rim. Nicole even checked our fitness levels beforehand to make sure we got the most out of our day, on the most suitable length trail. It's stunning up there with varying views from bush to panoramic outlooks over the city. Fabulous lunch at the Little Kiwi Cafe where we sat in the sun with all the dogs and their walkers - we'll be back for sure.

We recently had the pleasure of completing one of the Crater Rim Banks Peninsular Walks with the lovely Nicole as our guide. Even though I am a local I learned a lot about the history surrounding this beautiful area. We had the most amazing lunch at Boulder Bay, and had so many laughs along the way. I would really recommend this company - you get to see stunning NZ scenery as well as hear about our culture. Definitely five stars from us thank you Nicole for being an amazing guide - we will be back!
