M.Sarah helped us a lot with our planned travel going back home in the midst of the pandemic. There were not much flights available on the dates we wanted to go but she managed to sort it out and gave us the dates with reasonable prices. They also gave us all the details of what we need to have and do before we leave.
The team were really nice 👌.
J.Sarah sorted out my flights and provided all the necessary details navigating the complex and ever changing rules and regulations of the current international travel environment. She kept me up to date on any changes in policies as the departure day approached and followed up until boarding time. Would gladly consult with Sarah again.

P.Wow after arriving 4 days late at airport because I didn't keep email stating correct departure date,woke Terri up at 4am causing panic station she had me contact after hours service they were very pleasant to deal with got me on the flight out. Many emails later once again Terri repaired the damage I caused got insurance fixed and flight home all good many thanks to her and staff at H O T highly recommend them for your overseas travel arrangements
