K. B.Ron has helped my husband and me with two trips so far, which sadly due to Covid had to be cancelled. Ron is excellent at making sure he gets to know you first, understands exactly what it is you are looking for and "how" you like to travel. The trips he put together for us were both amazing and exceeded our expectations. Ron is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable about travel and super responsive to emails, phone calls etc. When Covid came along he worked tirelessly at ensuring that all refunds and credits were delivered. I really look forward to organizing our next trip with him.
