We met Fiona at the travel expo in Christchurch. We received such positive and helpful service from her, which not only saved us money it helped make travelling with preschool children enjoyable. We received calls both before and after our trip, handy travel documents which meant we had to do very little except pack and turn up. We had specific dates and needs due to meeting 2 other families at the halfway point and Fiona ensured everything happened exactly as we had asked.
