I booked my travel through Nicole Knapp who went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. I felt very comfortable trusting her travel knowledge and experience and was happily guided by her suggestions. A couple of months later my trip was cancelled due to covid-19 and Nicole maintained her excellent customer service making the whole thing stress free. Thank you Nicole and World Travellers Christchurch.

We recently booked flights over to Canada through Nicole at World travellers Christchurch city. I was flying alone with two kids and she took all the stress out of planning our trip. She sorted our flights, hotels and insurance. We ended up getting stuck in a snow storm and missed our flights. She checked in with us after noticing we missed out flights and helped us sort new arrangements. Once we got back she filed all our insurances claims for us and was SO helpful. I can’t say enough good things about our experience here. I won’t book trips back without them now! 10/10!

Nicole has been amazing to deal with right from the start. She asked the right questions to understand more of who we are as well as what we were looking for, then provided an itinerary that was perfect. It looked different than we had in our minds, but so much better! Following interruptions with COVID-19, Nicole kept us informed and worked hard to assist in cancellations and required changes. We are so pleased that we chose to use Nicole from World Travellers because she took so much of the organisational stress out of the process. Thanks Nicole - I unreservedly recommend you to anyone wanting someone to journey with them through good times and challenging.

A couple of months ago we booked a trip to Fiji with Nicole Knapp. Best service ever! She went out of her way to make sure our much needed break was more than just another holiday. She put forward her thoughts which we took under consideration which resulted in one of the best holidays ever. Flights and transfers lined up perfectly. Accommodation was excellent. Highly recommend Nicole as your first port of call for any trip.

We worked with Nicole to organise travel in Turkey and her knowledge and expertise meant that we were freed up to enjoy our trip, knowing that the details were taken care of. Not only does Nicole do all the usual things you'd expect from an expert travel agent, but because Nicole has travelled extensively, she has plenty of valuable tips for along the way. I highly recommend her services.

We have just been on a 16 day trip to Vietnam. We had an amazing holiday. Our accommodation was fantastic at each of our destinations and the transfers that we booked made life so easy getting to and from where we stayed. From the minute we sat down with Nicole to plan our trip to when we flew home was fabulous. Nicole really helped us plan a holiday that gave us everything we were looking for. We had a flight changed at the last minute by the airlines and the team at World Travellers got our new flights and accommodation all sorted. We were really relaxed the whole trip knowing that if anything went wrong we only had to call Nicole and the World Travellers team and any problem would be solved. We are looking forward to our next trip now and wouldn't consider trying to book ourselves or use anyone else. If you are reading this review and wondering whether or not to use this company, just do it! You will be pleased you did.

I would have no hesitation in recommending World Travellers to anyone contemplating a trip. Recently we have been to Fiji twice and our consultant Kate was outstanding. Everything went like clockwork and her understanding of our requirements was also first first class. All in all very professional and a lovely personal approach.

Nicole is invaluable and clearly passionate about her job! I rang Nicole with a personal mission to get my husband and I away and she made it her own. I have 2 young children and conversations were sometimes cut off or interrupted. Nicole was accommodating and efficient and her communication was excellent whether it was email, voicemail or over the phone with a 2 year old joining in, she was very understanding and made me feel like nothing was a problem. She sorted everything from her end and of course considered the little things I had no idea about. I know she took extra time and care to ensure my husband and I wouldn’t be disappointed and she shared various options to suit our very specific needs. Her commitment and fine tuning along the way has meant we have our first alone holiday in 5 years booked and.... she made it easy! Nicole just got it and was such a treat to talk with I can’t wait to call her again!

Have recently contacted Nicole Knapp for the possibility of booking some flights for us, not only did she knock our estimated price down (previously looked on line for prices), but the total ease of getting everything done for us, which would have been a real pain doing it myself on line. We have used World Travellers and Nicole for a very long time to do all our holidays in the past. They have even arranged flights and holidays for about a dozen of our friends as well. I have found World Travellers a lot more efficient and definitely cheaper than anywhere else in Christchurch as they always seem to undercut their rivals with ease.

We booked a seven week world trip.. Suzanne gave the best service ever! Her arrangements of flights,transfers and accommodation was excellent. She managed changes and was really sportive of our planning taking into account our wishes and interests to arrange the trip. Totally recommend Suzanne as your first port of call for any trip.

Hi all, Recently my sister and I travelled to Mexico. Nicole from World Travellers organised our trip. It was absolutely wonderful and everything was tip top. She did everything we asked for from, the sight seeing, to shopping and relaxing. When we travel again we will definitely be consulting her again.

We use Kate Evans as our consultant and he is fantastic. Nothing is to much trouble, she takes her time and she is on the ball when visas need to be applied for. We have used World Travellers for three big overseas trips and we are more than happy with their service. Highly recommend this travel group.

I have just returned from a safari and beach holiday in Tanzania. Abbey worked with our group of 8 to customise a trip that included wildlife and cultural experiences. We went on our second trip to Singapore and Koh Samui and Kate looked after all the detail for us except Hotel selection which I thought I had a good handle on. The Singapore selection I made was not what I thought and Kate made comments to that effect before it was booked. Boy I should have listened to the sage advice given and certainly will do so in the future. Flights were perfect with plenty of time between changes and at the best times for sleeping, all docs and timetable clearly presented, all the i's and t's in perfect order. Would recommend Kate for her patience and knowledge, a real pleasure to work with.

We have booked many holidays with Yan. We have always had great results with Yan making sure that all the details of the holiday are perfect. Yan found out very quickly what we like and expect while away from home on our travels and now we just phone or email and everything is organised down to the last detail. While we were recently away I commented to the resort we were staying about the quality of the room and servicing, the Manager said it is something done when requested “you must have a very good agent”.

Nicole arranged all my flights to Montreal and back, but i made it a wee bit harder as i/m leaving from a different place, not a problem for her..! all Nicole wanted to know was , how long was i going to be away..! so easy..! thanks matey..!!!!
