Sharon at the Dunedin iSITE was just amazing. She was super helpful and managed to get us three tours booked in a day with time in between to get to each place and a bite to eat. And they all were amazing - albatross, hoiho yellow eyed penguin and blue penguins. Plus she gave us tips on where to go and what to see over our whole trip - I think we made it to most places and were highly satisfied with all our adventures and experiences. I highly recommend a visit to the iSite to get all the information you need for a great Dunedin experience.

We all love an i-site right! This one bang in middle of Dunedin has it all.

It was a great place with friendly and informative staff. Lots of great pamphlets and a great place to plan activities and learnt what to do in Dunedin! Also the I site was very central and so we could easily walk there while exploring Dunedin's central attractions. If you go there make sure to ask about the art trail they will give you a free pamphlet with a map that you follow to see the beautiful Street art around Central Dunedin. It's a fantastic way to see some of the beautiful architecture and also just get a sense of the town and your way around. We really enjoyed it!! This I site also has countless leaflets all of which are organised by the lovely staff so that you know what is there and where it is. We found everything that we needed and more! It really helps to make the most out of your time in Dunedin. Thanks so much Dunedin I site Visitor information centre for the great experience and information. I really recommend it to people visiting Dunedin!!! Have fun there and get all the information you can 🤯

The most helpful lovely staff you'll find. Made our trip to Dunedin magic.

Staff were very friendly and informative but sadly we came to Dunedin at a time were most wildlife were going into hybernation so no as much to do of you don't wanna hike around yourself ahahha

The people who work in the I-SITE office in Dunedin are great. It doesn't matter what your problems are they will move hell or high water to help you out. They are caring, extremely knowledgeable about Dunedin and always chirpy. Hope their bosses appreciate just what an asset they are. 10/10

There is a lot to do in and around Dunedin especially on the forefront peninsula. The isite like everywhere in New Zealand can recommend and book tours for you. They will also tell what to avoid to escape the crowds and what there is actually to see besides what is advertised. The shop has some selection of souvenirs but nearby stores are cheaper and better equipped.

The people working here were extremely helpful to us on our entire vacation in Dunedin! They booked several tours for us and our ride from our apartment to the airport. If you have questions about the city, this is a great place to get them answered.

This is located in Octagon. The office is not very big but for all tourist services is available except the card purchase for public transport. They take bookings for various tours across Dunedin.

All you need to know about Dunedin, Otago and more with very friendly and helpful staff who can offer advice that you may need. The shop stock's souvenir's and other helpful bit's and piece's it is also a booking office for most bus company's and tour operator's.

Dunedin Visitor Centre out did itself on the day my family and I came to visit, their were two cruise ships in town (Port Chalmers) The Celebrity X Solstice and P&O Pacific Pearl. We entered the Information Centre looking for some help and were greeted with warmth and the best hospitality by all the staff members who spoke to us. Three of us arrived at the I-site wanting to book a tours of the Penguin Colony and the Albatross colony. We worked with Askari and Sharon and they were very helpful. Askari gave us several options and found us a private tour with Untamed New Zealand tour. She called the guide directly for us and made all the arrangements. They also made great suggestions for dinner. Thanks to both of them for all the assistance

This is a public space where small meetings are conducted in holidays. One can take rest in the steps and have a view of busy street. Many birds will be there to give you company in the green lawn.

ISite Visitor centres were there all over NZ, and staff there were very resourceful and helpful. In Dunedin, we had a free day and they helped us with right options to plan our day perfectly with a recommendation for Otago peninsula

Booked accomodation and a tour. That was good. Also booked Intercity bus to Timaru. The dubbel bus had no place for bycicles. So we could not go with the bus. That was not good. The i-site should have sent us to the office from the bus. Than we would have the right looking.

Can be a busy place when ferries and cruise ships all dock together. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful even under pressure. Great place for local information.

The Dunedin i-SITE provided all the material I required for my Canadian cousins upcoming visit. The lady who served me was wonderful and was able to provide personal information on tours she had experienced. In particular, this included the dearest of the Monarch tours which included the full Larnach Castle tour; Penguin Place to view the endangered Yellow Eyed Penguins and the tour of the Royal Albatross Colony at Taiaroa Heads. This is followed by a leisurely ride on the Monarch (boat) back to Dunedin. The cruise also includes sealife such as dolphins, seals and anything else on the day. This full trip is $290 per adult over a full day from 9am to 7pm. Magical and we are looking forward to it. The cost covers all the individual tours along the way.

Small gift shop with local souvenirs but their main focus us on assisting tourists. Lots of brochures and helpful staff. Lots of DOC information as well.

Lovely people was a young ladies birthday got given a slice of cake and a small sandwich pleasant service was even allowed a small handful of mints to take on my bus trip with me 5 star

Dunedin Social Club in Octagon center was a nice pub to get a good craft beer. Good cheerful service, but that's common practice in all of New Zealand!
