We had to rebook our flights several times and each time Hannah Freeman was reachable by phone within seconds and made the best out of our situation. An excellend service and very friendly staff! We always felt well advised!

I was treated like I was important. They listened and help me make my plans a reality. Everything worked perfect thanks to the staff that dedicated their time to make my overseas trip a happy and memorable time. I highly recommend.
C.I initially gave the business a 1 star rating a few months ago but after recent events, I’ve changed it to 5 stars. The reason being, Todd Cornelius. He has gone over and above to help my mother in law and has gone so far as to help her after hours (on a Sunday night!). I can’t recommend him highly enough 👍. If you’re thinking of dealing with Flight Centre Dunedin I strongly suggest calling ahead and asking to speak with Todd, you won’t be disappointed.
D.Just wanted to give some positive feedback following our experiences using Flight Centre in Dunedin.
We had a messy/complicated itinerary which had to accommodate two very small children over a long trip to the UK, stopping for a few days each way in another country.
We dealt with Eli and he was incredibly helpful, offered great suggestions and was quick to change and tweak things so as to make our travel easier and more comfortable. I don't think he could have done any more and I'm very glad I didn't attempt booking it all myself.
L.I found there staff extremely helpful. They booked my flight's very quickly and at a great price.
T.I had a bad experience with them. I was told my flight had been booked all I need to confirm and pay within 24 hours. I was offered with higher price for the same flight next day when I get back to them which was after 16 hours.
S.I recently booked a flight to Bahrain through Flight Centre and I found Eli Devlin to be extremely helpful. I made a mistake about the name on the ticket and Eli waived all fees which would normally result from the confusion. I would highly recommend booking travel with him.
S.Had to get a visa sorted for China and Taiwan, Hannah C was very helpful and patient. Really appreciate the great service. Thanks.
