O. M.The drivers were lovely and the ride was smooth. All passengers wore masks and I'm very proud of the driver gently enforcing this measure. It is law now after all.

A. J.NOTE. In March 2019, the main Intercity bus stop moved from Halsey Street to Moray Place. Reviews may refer to the Halsey Street location.
The Moray Place location is a much more convenient location - much more central, and very close to the bus hub which virtually all Dunedin buses go through. However it is simply a bus stop. There are a couple of standard bus shelters, and there are no 'dedicated' toilets. You stand (sit if you are lucky), and wait.
I. M.Good team but the location is wrong for the passengers. Not enough seating, not enough parking for cars, taxis or coaches. No cafe nearby, just an industrial setting. Intercity needs to move to a more central location and have a facility suitable for a modern international passenger service. The Railway Station would be a good location.

T. l.Good but the bus driver didn't welcome us on the bus, or tell us when the next stop was, or tell me that the seat was reserved for me, in which I paid extra for, ended sitting further down in the bus. 11 hours on the bus a long time
C. R.We caught the bus today from Queenstown to Clyde to start our Otago Rail Ride. Stu was great, friendly informative and helpful, telling us about the region as we passed through the area, a real professional who owned his job. The bus was comfy as well good leather seats that reclined, phone charger.
M. S.Nothing wrong with the company or terminal, Fantastic staff and free WiFi ok coaches. Not ideal location for drop off. Would recommend getting off at the University stop (not sure if that is an option on booking or a request for driver)
g. v.Terminal K is located around the corner from the rest of the stops all of which are outside Countdown., so it can be confusing. I had to ask a council bus driver to point me in that direction. Also a slightly bigger Intercity signage at the stop would help get noticed. Thanks.

M. G.On Thursday, 16 June 2016 I travelled with InterCity Coaches from Queenstown, NZ to Alexandra, NZ
And returned on Saturday. 18 June 2016.
The trip was a great pleasure because of the courtesy of the same fabulous bus driver both ways.
I do not know the driver's name but he could have been originally from Switzerland.
I am a Senior so the courtesy shown to me was deeply appreciated. The driver was also very responsible for a youth travelling alone and cared for his safety on his arrival at his destination.
A special thank you to this marvellous driver.

Little office with waiting room & toilets & activity brochures. 2 members of staff, who were very pleasant & efficient.
