The best customer service ever !
The school holiday Quarantine Island treasure hunt is one of Dunedin's hidden gems , 10 out of 10 rating from my 9 year old . Well done team , keep up the good work.

Absolutely LOVED our two-hour wildlife cruise. We saw everything from seals and Otago shags to albatross. A once-in-a-lifetime experience. Absolutely brilliant. Rachel was a wonderful host and guide and to be able to see albatross, in the wild, sweeping over the waves - it was like a David Attenborough documentary come to life. Please, if you only ever do one thing in Dunedin, make it this. It's great for kids too! Rachel was great with our boy, and he's five.

We love that the ferry provides a useful service to the local Port community as well as catering to tourists. The staff are friendly, helpful and did their utmost to accommodate our needs, the boat is safe and stable and the commentary is enjoyable. Such an underrated trip and so much to see. We love it!

Such a great trip, Rachel is highly knowledgeable on the wildlife we saw which included four species of albatross, fur seals, shags, black swan and many more. Couldn't recommend this one more.

I had a fantastic day out on the water today sailing from Carey's Bay over to Taiaroa Head and back. There was so much wildlife to watch and enjoy. It was a new and exciting experience to watch the albatrosses from the water as opposed to looking down on them from above at the colony. I'll definitely take visiting friends on this trip again. Great experience with the booking and confirmation process, updates were made by text, I felt in safe hands all the way.

What a great way to spend an afternoon. A really friendly and well organised wildlife cruise where Rachel’s knowledge of the area and the animals that live there was shared so well. Fun and highly recommended as an activity to do whatever the weather.

What an amazing boat tour, right in our own backyard. Great for tourists and locals looking for something to do. Rachel was so informative and learnt so much I didn't know about the wildlife and history of Port Chalmers, Portobello and Otago Harbour. Totally recommended.

Earlier this year we booked a trip across the harbour with our e-bikes, so that we could do the loop from the city, via Portobello, to Port Chalmers and back to the city. We found Rachel to be extremely flexible and helpful. Her boat handling skills are great and she provides passengers with interesting information en-route. What a great way to make the most of our fabulous environs. We are so glad you opened Port to Port. Congratulations.

Brilliant and Friendly service from Rachel and the team. We were running late on a tour and they made special time for myself and daughter to make it back in time for cruise. Thoroughly recommend for a trip across the bay but also for a Wildlife tour - thanks Rachel
