T.We stayed at this motel as it had favourable reviews and it was centrally placed to our visit of close friends in Gisborne. Excellent service when we arrived early. Great location very close to the township. The cancellation fee is at their discretion and we were disappointed it ended this way.

M. B.Husband became ill first day here and was taken by Ambulance to Gisborne hospital. Our Hosts were so obliging with extra check out time and concern for him. On days 4 moving myself and friends to a ground floor studio unit to allow us easier access and designing our on going expenses. We greatly appreciate and recommend our Hosts at Bella Vista Motel. Gisborne. The Brooks.

H.I give this a five star the hosts are super friendly you are made to feel really welcomed and no matter your issue they help as much as they. can we are here during the power outage and well they have been nothing but great rooms are quite nice too some have kitchens etc but very comfortable and also free WiFi too I love this motel although rooms are small they r cosy and they have the most cleanest washing machine I have seen out of all the motels that I have stayed at which to me is quite important love that factor as well
T.Nice hotel in Gisborne. Very welcoming hosts. A quick trip only, so we were in and out, but ***aged a long chat with the hosts Eric and Helen who are delightful people. The hosts were very knowledgable about the local and provided great advice on where to go and what to do.
T.The Inner Harbour was where we found a selection of restaurants and beautiful views. The best advice was where to find a off-the-main-street parking spot so that we could enjoy the sights without delay. Unlike ***y motels, the room was well ventilated because the windows opened. Washing and drying facilities in the complex.

T.I don't write too ***y reviews on here, only feeling inspired to after an extremely pleasant experience. Very good value for money. Service was fantastic they really went the extra mile for us. The ***ager was really friendly with some good tips on things to do and places to eat.

S. Y.Room is clean. Bathroom is the cleanest I have seen so far. Its on the main road. Not as noisy as some people claim it to be compared to bigger towns main road. Good straight walk to town.
T.There are three of us here, husband and wife and husband''s friend. Single bedroom with two twin size beds and a queen size bed in the living area. The floorplan is wonderfully functional. All the beds are absolutely comfortable. There is a large flatscreen in the living area, the bedroom has its own flatscreen TV, and all the beds can be heated. There is a hot towel rack in the bathroom, along with a jet spa, which the wife highly recommends. Quite comfortable-to-sit-on fold-out couch in the living area, as well. Full kitchen, oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, skillet, karafe, french press, flatware, and all the coffee, tea, and milk you can drink. We got ten gigabytes of very fast wifi. The owners are super-friendly and helpful. High nines, say 9.5 or better. Highly recommended.

T.I do not think we have been in a Motel that has been as clean as this place. The people staying near us sat outside quite a bit and could be quite loud at times. Only downfall is that it was a long walk up to the wharf, where we ate out that night.

T.Had a couple of great nights here in Gisborne for work. The ***agers were friendly and helpful and offered some milk on arrival and a newspaper. For a couple of days there's plenty to do in Gisborne no matter what you like, from adventure and wildlife to wining and dining.
