Good parking access. The shop had a very good selection of travel pamphlets, maps and advice about travel in the area. God little museum about the Pacific Coast highway and its points of interest.

The Team at ISite were amazing … so friendly snd helpful and very kindly let me take my 7 yr old for a trial run on mini golf before we paid because she was unsure if she would like it/could do it? My granddaughters and I had so much fun and nothing was too much trouble for the happy ISite team …. Well done guys!

Very helpful gave me a free mask as i had misplaced my own really think mask should be free as they are everywhere else I've never seen a $ on disposable mask before however rhe lovely lady just gave it to me which was nice of her as my bus was about to depart

The staff there are really friendly. They have heaps of brochures and maps. They told us to go a certain way (travel to accommodation) but unfortunately the places where closed due to bad weather. Would have been good to know that beforehand. But overall great advice

Excellent service from the staff here, who helped us plan an excellent biking adventure. Highly recommend you stop by to help plan your trip. There's also a small history display about the areas, and some souvenirs too

In this I-site you can planifiate your activities in Gisborne. The workers are very good to provide some more information. The corner shop, is little bit separated. So perfect!

Good people. Things to see. Maps of Gisborne attractions and adventures. Your first go to place. But I'm biased, I was born in Te Puia Springs. We rock!!! Lots to see and do. Horseback in the hills with excellent views of the coastline or 10 min drive to feed the Stingrays. Much to see. Diverse cultural eating places.

A lady there gave us very informative directions. And showed us how to find gas, by reading the map carefully and it says if theres gas for sale in the smaller towns around East Coast.

The I-SITE office in Gisbourne in the Bay of Plenty in North Island New Zealand is a must if you are looking for information on the area. The staff are friendly and helpful ensuring that you have all the necessary information you will require for your visit. We were given instructions on how best to get to several places that we were interested in. There is a very interesting sign post outside the building that gives the distance to various major cities throughout the world. A small nine hole golf course is also at the rear of the premises.

Awesome staff. Was well looked after by two female staff, even walking in at 4.35pm and taking my time to browse! Just one observation: signage in town is awful. It took me a week to find the i-Site. I gave up a few times driving past as cars were behind. Of course, I should have walked town! However I do believe that this shop would be far more patronised - it is so helpful! - if there were two larger signs at each end of Gladstone Rd, probably with the address under the name. Kia ora Gizzy!

Gisborne has always been a favorite place for us.. Beaches are to die for.. Beautiful views from Kaiti Hill overlooking the inner City and the amazing vista's of misnamed Poverty Bay breathtaking to say the least! Shopping has to be done and seen to be believed.. The streets and houses large and enviting.. sixties to more modern a delight.. So hope that has whet the appetite of those who need a new and pleasant time of discovery..
