Have booked a few times before. Great customer service and very easy to book. U arrive after 2 and keys are in a lock box and they txt u the code for the box. Way better than booking a hotel room when you can get a whole house. Works out very cheap if you can get a house with alot of beds and go up with friends and family and split the cost. me and family got a house for weekend. Easy and hassle free. Thanks again

My rave review is about the amazing follow up service from Nicola at Hanmer Holiday Homes. I left something behind and she personally went back to search herself as two others were unable to find it. The fact she cared enough to go the extra mile for me was so appreciated. And yes she found the lost property! Fantastic customer service.

This past weekend we ran a large camp in Hanmer Springs with 80 Scouting youth from Canterbury. We had some Scouting leaders staying on one of the homes with their small children, they said the house had everything they needed and they were toasty and warm :) Jessica Barlow the office manager was an absolute delight when I dropped in to pick up the keys. Jessica also helped me with some emergency printing of some info I needed and even followed up to make sure I picked it up before the office closed, in the end she left in an envelope for me. As a business owner I appreciate what it takes to go the extra mile and Jessica certainly went the extra mile for us :D

86 conical hill was a great house in winter. Amazing fire and heaters in all rooms. Homely property well cared for. Suitable for 3 couples and 3-4 children.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with HHH, run by Fletch, and Karryn, from their Day #1, when they took the meek, and humble business over. Jason "Fletch" Fletcher, put his all into delivering CUSTOMER SERVICE, whether that was for the house owners, or the tenants. He raised the bar, to offer quality accommodation, priced to keep the owners content, and the guests more thasn happy. Fletch doesn't pull punches - he's a straightforward, honest entrepeneur, determined to present, and deliver a quality product that he's proud to onsell, within a budget. Karryn has always been there to support Jason, , and HHH. It's a juggling act for Jason, to make Hanmer Springs rental properties affordable, but also to act responsibly, for the property owners. Absolutely 10 out of 5 for HHH.
