Had a blast with the kids on the 2 seater Rocket. Our navigator was keen to tell us to go faster and loved his spot in the front. Definitely felt the thigh workout the next day but as my passengers were more weight than help I reckon peddling as a team would be way easier. They were keen to go longer and our navigator was very unhappy about getting off. I told them to talk to their dad if they are so keen next time 😂

Went on quad tour with Ross and Tom. What a blast! Ross led us around an awesome farm, plenty of water crossings, some mud, lots of hilly tracks and grassy paddocks. They walked the group thru basics, and even had our nervous members at ease. Highly recommend a tour with these guys!

As part of getting our young squad members to burn off the energy they accumulated, we hired 2 family cycles… 2 competitive families only 1 winner!!! Loads of fun& don’t forget water bottles. WOW!! I cannot thank you all enough! We had an amazing, fun time with fantastic guides. You gave clear instructions and it was so easy to ride the bikes and navigate the area. Peter, Andy and Ross, you are true legends! You were so helpful and caring and shared interesting information about the area. Everything was easy and the bikes were a blast! The children and I had the best time and HIGHLY recommend this to anyone that is wondering if they should do it or not...DO IT, you won't regret it! We will definitely be coming back to do it all again =]

Great people to deal with, had a problem with one of the wheels on my wife’s mountain bike - a spoke nipple had corroded to pieces. They very kindly supplied a replacement and gave me advice on how to install it correctly. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Ross he dropped me to the start of the St James cycle trail. I was the only person wanting to go that day but that wasn’t a problem. Really enjoyed the trail which gave my a bike an absolute working. Dropped my bike to Ross the next day who did an amazing service on it and got it back to me the same day so that I could carry on exploring the Hanmer bike trails for the rest of the trip. I thought from dropping me to the start of the trail to servicing my bike they offered great value in all aspects and very friendly service. Highly recommend. See you again!!!

My dad was visiting from the Uk so myself and my husband looked into booking a quad bike tour for something different to do. We done the 2.5 hour course which flew by, we had Peter as our tour guide and he was so knowledgeable & passionate about his job. The course is far more than what you’d expect and challenges you along the way but totally do able for people who haven’t done Quad Biking before. It was by far the best tour we’ve ever done and we will definitely be back again! Thank you!

Awesome experience quad biking with our guide Peter! They give you all the gear including waders and jackets so you don’t get cold or covered in mud! It snowed the night before so was such beautiful views of the mountains, the sun was shining and we’ll never forget it. Thanks Peter x

Hi I was asking about jet boating and was on book me (not the company that they book for either) Ross who is the Director of this place spent a really good amount of time helping with information and right on closing time . He was really friendly and helpful and I had a great day on the jet boat thanks to Ross If I ever booked any thing like Quad bikes etc I would so go back to this place to book . My cousin was here from the north island thanks to him they love the south island now (winning)lol .Because he went above and beyond to make them feel good :-) :-) thanks Jules Everett

Me and my family booked a morning quad bike ride and from the time we turned up until the time we left, we had nothing but the best service and had soo much fun. The guide we had was Peter, I can't say anything about the other guides but Peter was awesome!! He was friendly and had lots of knowledge. I also had my 9 year old son with me and he rode as passenger on Peter's quad with him due to his age but had the best time.my whole family left with the biggest smiles on our faces. From the service to the equipment and the free photos of it all and just the pure fun factor it's a 5 star from me and my family. We would definitely do it again next time we are in hanmer springs.

Ross, the manager and fixer of bikes saved our bacon. We arrived in Hanmer from Sydney, only to find 2 of 3 bikes trashed by Qantas. We were planning on being in New Zealand only four days, three of which were supposed to be on the Saint James bike trail. He used good old common sense and amazing ingenuity to get us on the road for an amazing adventure. He even leant us some tools, took no details, and relied on our honesty to return them. True salt of the earth guy.

Unreal. Best quad biking experience, especially in a tourist town like this. I have been to all the other ones in Hanmer, such as 'Hamner Springs Attractions ' and 'Hanmer Springs Thrillseekers' and this is far better. The track is through the hills and creeks with beautiful views and lots of mud. Guide was extremely nice, helpful and patient. I will return.
