R. L.Quite a busy place but lot more of interesting and creative New Zealand Souvenirs for sale. During our visit during Covid era, the i-site provided facia mask if you did not have one. Staff was friendly and they were very informative. This is a small place so we bumped into others frequently. I-site is just beside the hot pools and centre of town.

We found a set of car keys and handed them in here. The staff member was already keeping an eye out for these keys and she was on the phone to the owner straight away.
