L.Jeremy was amazing to deal with! He was so helpful in our travels throughout the pandemic and was very accommodating when we suddenly had to change flights.

A.I just wanted to give some feedback and a massive thanks from Aaron and I to Stacey for planning our trip to Perth & Thailand last year.
Stacey was amazing and showed to always be available, even offering to stay late to see me. I was given so much helpful information and could see from Stacey’s passion of travel she was someone who wanted to help us get the best experience. It was great to feel that she wanted to ensure we had a fantastic holiday.
Everything was thoroughly laid out, all my questions or concerns were answered before the trip and her follow up showed she really cared about making sure we had an amazing holiday.
I can see her passion for travel and it shows in her work, hence why I have had Stacey help me with more trips. (Fiji with the family late last year). 😊

I.Stacey Trewavas was a tremendous help to us when we got caught up in the Covid 19 lockdown in Borneo. Communications out in the backblocks weren't great, but she was texting and emailing us multiple times a day, including outside her work hours, to ensure we could get out of Borneo and back home safely. And she is sorting out refunds!
R.After being assisted by almost all of the agents working at World Travellers Motueka during the past 8 years I'm delighted to say that I've always found all of them to be professional, knowledgable & helpful. They have a wealth of experience & can tailor-make any trip you might need. I'm a very experienced traveller but continually find it's still to my benefit to use this agency for any trips that have even minor complications or where several services are needed e.g. multi-destinations, flights, other transport & accommodation. When all bookings are handled by the agent everything is in one package & your agent advises & helps to plan your journey so that it's seamless & nothing should go wrong. But if part of it does go wrong e.g. a delayed flight, they will sort it for you & can assist if an insurance claim is warranted. World Travellers have done this for me on several occasions when my journeys have been disrupted or a plan change has been necessary. Each time they have saved me valuable time & money & minimised stress. I've used their services for several trips to each of Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America and Antarctica. I have no hesitation in recommending World Travellers Motueka for your travel needs.
