We recently went on a trip to Queenstown and booked through house of travel mount Maunganui. We worked with Tanya and Shelly and both ladies were amazing!! We were meant to fly from Auckland but due to level 4 conditions for Auckland we had to change this last minute and they worked so hard for us to find the best flights at the best rate! We were so happy with the outcome and would 100% work with them again in the future for any upcoming trips!! Highly recommend :)

House of Travel Mount [Shelley Rich] was just incredible, going above and beyond organising my trip to Europe including eight flights. Unfortunately just before leaving NZ went into lockdown and everything was cancelled. Shelley's support was just outstanding. She organised a refund for all my booked flights, she kept me constantly updated with the latest travel news, it was absolutely AMAZING. I just can't recommend her and her team, highly enough. I'll be back once I'm able to go to Europe again, thanks heaps Shelley, your very happy customer :)

Booking through a travel agent turned out highly beneficial for us navigating the new normal in travel. Shelley arranged our travel tickets and Insurance to Rarotonga/ Aitutaki and kept up good communication all the way through.When lockdown happened in New Zealand (while we were over there in Aitutaki) Tanya contacted us by phone and email with some options and recent Air New Zealand information.On Shelley's recommendation, we came home two days earlier than planned with new tickets sorted and connecting flight and shuttle in NZ arranged for us.Great service and back up... especially in these uncertain times.Thank you Shelley and Tanya for your support.
