G.Stephen Jennings and his team at You Travel, Napier have booked all my overseas travel for a number of years. In virtually every instance they have obtained better fares and connections than I could do myself and saved me hours on a computer. I’ve found them totally trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable and have excellent connections in the industry which they pass on to their customers, something you don’t get if you book your own travel.
Within a month of planning my 2020 travel we had to cancel 3 trips due to the Convid-19 virus and boarder closures. Stephen and his team set to and canceled all my air travel, rental cars and accommodation. To my astonishment they organised a 100% refund of all costs and I didn’t have to embark on the fruitless mission of trying to claim insurance.
