J.Hired bicycles for the day in mid March. When one of us got a puncture late in the day and rang for a pick up back to Queenstown we got picked up really quickly. That was much appreciated after a long day. Very friendly staff. Will do a 4WD tour next time we are in Queenstown. Highly recommended.
M.Outstanding Outstanding service from this outfit. I booked a return journey after a planned Routeburn tramp back to Queenstown. Unfortunately, I had to cancel with only a bit of notice, and they were amazing. They refunded one fare within 24 hours, and the rest within a couple of days, which was outstanding considering it was right on New Year and they had minimal staff working. Excellent service. A.Our bus driver on the way back was Nigel, an absolute credit to the company!... You can really tell he takes pride in his job and was an absolute treasure! Very funny and even offered to drop us off at our hotels due to the fact we were all unbelievably tired from doing our hike.
