'Sunny Lakeview Villa' - 284 Peninsula road Queenstown. Fabulous location with superb views. The most comfortable charming villa to enjoy a week relaxing and using as a base to do adventures from your doorstep, the cycle trail and easy lake access so convenient. Superbly presented and roomy to accommodate our group either altogether or with the option of escaping to the second lounge or gazebo, all with stunning views and all day sun. An amazing stay, thank you.

Perfect location, stunning views and quality apartment. Very comfortable beds and plenty of linen. Very private, though the apartment doesn’t receive a lot of direct sun to sunbake (if that’s your thing) but we were happy to just enjoy the view all day.

Chambers City Centre Penthouse was relaxing, spacious and homely.
The location made it easy for our family to walk to restaurants, book activities with the added bonus of a car park if you just wanted to explore.
Waking up to beautiful views and retiring to a warm fire place. We are already making plans to visit Queenstown again and will return to stay at Chambers City Centre Penthouse.

We stayed at The Woods Villa 1 for 3 nights. Accomodation was well appointed for 4 adults. Modern appliances, furniture and bathrooms, and the Ashley & Co products was a nice touch. View was gorgeous with lake and mountain surrounds, QT airport at a distance and was a lovely surprise to see planes flying in to QT in front of us. Only 2 suggestions would be having an assortment of fruit teas available as well as slightly lower profile pillows.
Dealing with the ladies at Relaxaway was pleasant and professional.
All in all, would be happy to recommend.

We recently stayed in Apt 806, Lakefront Beauty in the Beacon apartments. This is a stunning 2 bedroom apartment with amazing views, so close to the main town and beautifully appointed. Would highly recommend it

We stayed at the Chambers Apartment in town. Great location. Right in the centre of town. So handy to cafes, shops, restaurants and the waterfront. The apartment is clean, comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend!

Spent a wonderful week at No 13 Woods Lane, The Tiers, Queenstown. Very well appointed 3 storey dwelling with breathtaking views of the Remarkables with the Frankton Peninsula in the foreground. Living area is on level 3 so has the best views. Excellent kitchen and dining areas, outdoor seating areas at both rear and front of level 3, with outdoor heating on the balcony. Gas fire in the living room for those chilly nights but was not needed in such a well insulated property. Very handy to the Remarkables Shopping Centre and QT itself. Highly recommended.

This was our first time in beautiful Queenstown. We stayed at Picturesque views at Woodlands Close for 7 nights. The accommodation was immaculate and very well equipped. The views were absolutely beautiful. We dealt with Emily Quinn most of the times. she was very helpful and prompt . The communication was great, check-in was easy- we had no issues what so ever. Staff of Relaxaway helped us out and went extra mile for us during our flight cancellation on a public holiday. We highly recommend Relaxaway and will stay at these accommodations for future holiday stays.

In May 2021 my husband Paul and I stayed in the Penthouse apartment 908 The Beacon Queenstown for 9 nights. Our stay was wonderful in all respects. The apartment is very beautiful with an incredible view of the lake and the mountains. The furnishings are extremely tasteful and comfortable. The fireplace adds such warmth both physically and aesthetically. We enjoyed going out each day to the many sights and experiences on offer knowing that we had a lovely spacious home to come back to each evening. The spa on the balcony was a real treat regardless of the weather! Our stay was definitely the way to get to experience one of the world's most beautiful places."New Zealand, we're coming back! "

"The Chambers Apartment" Has the best location in Queenstown, close to everything! A very luxurious stay with amazing views, will be back!!

We stayed at 912 Beacon and it was the best part of our trip. It had everything we needed to stay comfortably. We liked where this property was located, having stayed up on the hill previously we much preferred the flat walk into town and it being across the road from the lake was desirable too. Communication from staff at Relaxaway was always polite and quick. Only a couple of minor issues - the allocated parking was rather difficult to locate. We ended up parking on the road and going by foot. The numbering on the sign was v.small. Bathroom fan in two of the rooms weren't working or working at a very low speed so it got very hot in there. The property is adjacent to the service lane/areas so it did get noisy at time, usually in the early hours of the morning but it didn't last long. In saying that, we wouldn't hesitate to book this property or with Relaxaway again in the near future. Thanks!

We had a great stay at 912 The Beacon over three nights. The apartment is in the perfect location - close to town, no hill to walk up and the most beautiful view you could image. Everything is catered for, with comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen equipment, BBQ on the deck, comfy outdoor furniture and ability to watch Netflix on the main TV. We'll be back for sure!

We are a family of four and we stayed at the Catalina apartment #5. It had an amazing view of Queenstown, the lake, and the mountains. Upstairs was a lovely big area with kitchen, dining, and lounge all in one open space which opened out onto a lovely large balcony. The apartment was very warm (December/January) and unfortunately didn't have air-conditioning but fans for each bedroom were supplied. We originally booked for 5 days but once we were there we extended another 2 days as we loved the apartment and it's location. We will definitely stay there again.
A.
I absolutely loved our time at the Catalina Apartments. A very beautiful and well appointed apartment, very spacious and the kitchen comes everything you need.
I have stayed at a few apartments in this area and the view from this balcony is by far the best in Queenstown.
I will defiantly be coming back here again!
R.
Awesome house, awesome views, quick and easy response from staff. Would certainly stay again 🤙

Incredible stay at the Chamber Apartment right in the city center. Beautiful place close to everything. We will be back!

What an amazing time we had with our four oldest Grandies aged 11-18 in Queenstown during the last School Holidays! So many great things to do and the icing on the cake was getting to stay at this beautiful apartment, Maison de Charme, just perfect for our week together! Nothing has been spared in making this apartment a very comfortable 'home away from home' from the comfy beds to a place in the sun to sit and enjoy the lake views...a perfect place to come home to after our days out exploring the sights. A lovely handcrafted sofa and swivel chairs to curl up in and watch movies or read a book in front of the fire, just what we needed and the best part was having space to play loads of games and eat great food at the large dining table ! We all made such wonderful memories and we'll be back to make more with family and friends :) A big thankyou Relax Away Team for your attention to detail in preparing this apartment for our arrival and thank you to the Owners who have added everything and more that one would want to make our stay comfortable and memorable...We highly recommend this property for your next stay in Queenstown, a 5 star Apartment with all the amenities!

Our first time in Queenstown for many years and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jewel on Quartz property hosted by Relaxaway Holiday Homes. Our hosts were super responsive and helpful. Our property was just as described in the listing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our favorite part was sitting on the deck with our morning coffee enjoying the incredible views of the lake and mountains. The apartment was roomy and light with wonderful appointments and added touches to make our stay comfortable end enjoyable. Highly Recommended.

The four of us had a remarkable time at this property. We sat on the deck and enjoyed the gorgeous views every night. The condo is contemporary, well equipped, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We all enjoyed the collection of books on Queenstown that were in the living room. The location is great for walking to connection points for tours, buses, and shopping. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful penthouse!

Great bunch of people and very accommodating. Morgan in-particular was both helpful and able to get the best outcome for me and my family. Will use again. Fotios

My husband and I stayed in Queenstown for 3 nights in a studio apartment at Beacon. It was a great, basically like a hotel. Short walking distance to town centre. We had only booked two nights but when we decided to stay another night Relaxaway showed great service and found an apartment just two rooms down the hall. Would recommend to book through them and stay at Beacon, would definitely do it again!

We very recently stayed in a property in Melbourne Street, Queenstown. I had booked the property online from Australia, so I was a bit nervous as to whether the property would look as good as it did in the photos on the Relax Away website. Well, the house was just lovely and exactly as depicted in the photos. Warm, spacious and with a brilliantly appointed kitchen (I cooked most of our meals as eating out with 3 kids in tow in Queenstown can be a wee bit expensive). It was a very inviting and comfortable house to live in during our holiday. Perfect if you have young kids, with a back yard area they can run around in. The 3-bedroom + study was the right size for 3 adults and 3 children. Also, the house was only 800metres from the town's centre. It was at most a 10 minute walk (downhill) into town. My 6 year old girl and I made the walk up and back easily every day.
We did have some issues with water pressure with the hot water system, but the agent was quick to act and even came round to do a home visit on a Sunday morning (that's dedication). A plumber arrived the next morning to fix. I'd highly recommend using Relax Away if going to Queenstown - their property was top notch and I found their staff very pleasant, friendly and easy to deal with. A big thank you to Relax Away for making our holiday stay so comfortable!

Thank you so much for arranging the beautiful apartment for our stay in Queenstown in February. Attention to detail and all our family requirements which included a young baby needing a cot and high chair all arranged and ready on arrival so much appreciated after long flights and travel. The apartment has amazing views, very well equipped and spotless.
At all times we had friendly, prompt and efficient response to our request and queries. Full credit to the Relaxaway management and team. Thank you again.

We stayed at Unit 3 Alta Apartments which is manged by Relaxaway and it was perfect. Unit was immaculately clean, fully equipped and had a beautiful view. It was an easy 10 min walk in to the main part of town/wharf (walk home took a little longer as it's uphill). Relaxaway were easy to deal with and provided everything we need. Will be back.

89/5 Tui Heights - 4 night stay in November - most notable thing we found is the unit has stunning views looking over the top of Queenstown with panoramic views of the lake and the Remarkables mountains. Great location - just a stroll into town, dining and trails etc. Unit is spacious - looks recently renovated to a luxury level - the extensive facilities worked very nicely, very high cleanliness, comfy rooms/beds, quiet etc. Plenty of storage space in the lock up garage. Due to the unique views and ambience in the dining room and lounge, we 'ate in' mostly. The self catering facilities were a high standard. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

On a recent trip to NZ, I stayed two nights in the Lake Avenue Studio - it was lovely and clean, and a great place to relax after a week and a half of camping and hiking and camping. Very comfortable bed, and tea and coffee provided. Our host was kind and attentive, and there's a great view of the lake just across the road! Super handy for the airport, too.

We stayed in a 4 bedroom apartment in February. The view was amaaazing from the balcony and rooms - looking over the mountains and the lake. My 1 yr old loved watching the planes take off. It was lovely to have portacot and high chair available upon request as well.
Rooms were spotless clean, the coffee machine and basic cooking stuff was very handy. There was also a book for guide and rules. Thank you for a very relaxed stay!

We were group of 10 people and had an amazing stay at The Star of Queenstown. Sparkling clean house, huge common spaces and terrace with stunng views over the lake, great outdoor BBQ place and unique master bedroom. Everything was as seen in the website listing, even better. Worth every single penny.
I highly recommend it for big groups.

Was fortunate enough to stay in a beautiful apartment with lake views in February. The apartment was well presented, very clean and offered all amenities you could need for a 5 night stay. Felt exactly like a home away from home! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Queenstown.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tahuna Heights, Queenstown. The view was magnificent. The flat was clean with plenty of kitchen equipments to use. We have spent plenty of time at the balcony just to enjoy the view.
J.
This was an incredible apartment with a picturesque view right in the heart of Queenstown. I read a review about noise and cigarette smoke from the bar/restaurant underneath the apartment. We did not experience this problem because we didn’t open the windows. The apartment was big and roomy, comfortable beds & comfortable leather couches. Loved this apartment!!!
S.
What a fabulous apartment. Thanks Relaxaway Holiday Homes for helping me have a great holiday. The apartment at Pounamu Apartments was stylish, well maintained and spotlessly clean. It's so close to downtown Queenstown, only a 10 minute walk.
I thoroughly recommend this venue and look forward to staying here again in the future.

We stayed at the private apartments at the beacon during our recent trip to Queenstown. The apartment was large, spacious and comfortable with many amenities such as washer and drier and everything we could need to prepare a meal in the kitchen. The wifi was a little iffy and kept dropping out, and there was a little disappointment when we got here and realised that we couldn’t access the spa/gym services, this was our own fault however for not reading fine print but maybe it could be more clearly specified online. Still a great stay, superb location, privacy and fantastic views of the lake cannot fault it and would love to stay here again if I were to return.
K.
We had the most wonderful family holiday at Unit 3, Alta Apartments. The location was perfect - an incredible view, a quiet street with forest paths at the end of the culdesac, and an easy 10 min walk to town. The apartment itself was superb - so very spacious and nicely decorated. A wonderful place to come home to, and enjoy a glass of Otago wine on the large deck, watching the ever changing vista of the Remarkables. Can’t wait to return

This is a beautiful home away from home, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience first time in Queenstown! Plenty of room for everyone, warm beds, very clean home, that was fully equipped with everything we needed for home cooked meals, laundry, and amenities left by other guests. Each room had a heat pump and each bed had an electric blanket, which was nice as we weren't use to the refreshingly ice cold mornings as such. It's an a very easy location to the Queenstown shopping centre, airport and other touristy attractions.
Something's that could perhaps be improved on, were my King bed in the master suite was a bit to hard for my liking and I woke up quite sore. Also, there was no dustpan or broom to sweep up crumbs in the kitchen, because they do not want u to do this while on holiday - I get it. But it was bothersome walking on lino areas that had a crumbly feeling, or the lino in the bathroom with all our fallen hair on it lol or maybe it's the mama in me, to tidy up those things.
The couches were super comfy and easy to fall asleep on, especially in front of the gas fireplace- my fave! There were a few board games played and there were also family portraits around the home of what I assume to be the owner of the house. It was a bit weird at first and a few of the sisters I travelled with didn't particularly like it. But overall I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house, and would absolutely recommend it to everyone for an escape away from home. Ooh master suite had the best views of the mountains too!
D.
We absolutely loved our place!! The view looks exactly like it does in the pictures, it's super clean, spacious and overall great location if you are ok with walking 12-15 minutes into downtown queenstown. We used the kitchen a few times which was great to eat some home cooked food vs eating out every day (there's big supermarket - countdown within a 10 minute drive). We spent a decent amount of time in the place and near the fire place! People / company was very nice as well - brought us a full new pod of coffee and just generally nice to work with. Highly recommend the place.
B.
The place is easy to find and is exactly what we were promise and paid for. The view is breathtaking and simply amazing. Each room is spacious enough for my family of 9. The kitchen is also very equip and we also have loads of fun at the BBQ pit. Highly recommended and we are very sure we will be back to stay in this place when we come back.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us we had a ball. The Spa Pool was so good to come home to after a days skiing an amazing house, spotless clean. Would definitely come and stay again totally recommend :)

Our stay in Central Hideaway on Kent is great! It is a comfortable & relax accommodation with all the equipment provided such as washing & drying machine, oven, dishwasher. It also comes with free parking at the basement & a balcony where we enjoy our cup of tea or glass of wine with the beautiful scenery.

To Liz and her Team at Relaxaway ; apologies for the belated review. To say so much has happened in a 2 month period would be an understatement ! We had the privelege of staying at Chambers Penthouse Queenstown for the duration of Wedding in early March 2020. Not only did the accomodation exceed our expectations, but Liz and her Team provided the most outstanding service both my husband and I have ever encountered in the Hospitality/Hotel industry. Along with our elderley parents, your quality accomodation offerings, your smile and your genuine love for caring for tourists is talked about to this day! Your communication throughout the booking/planning process was second to none! The Chambers Penthouse to anyone wanting total luxury in the heart of Queenstown is an absolute must! Every single aspect of the apartment (small house really) made our Wedding so so special.
Ladies and Gentlemen plesase look no further and enlist the services of Liz and her Team at Relaxaway Homes on your next Queenstown magical holiday. Dont go through resellers, simply go directly through relaxaway .
Honestly, the most outstanding quality in every aspect of the business !
We look forward to booking with you again ! Tim and Stephen

Our group of 4 adults from Australia stayed at The Beacon 912 apartment in Queenstown. It was sensational and lived up to every expectation gained from the internet. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (an adjoining door studio was added which internally just looked like 3 bedrooms). The view was to die for and only a few minutes walk on flat ground to everything downtown. The apartment's furnishings were excellent and the lounge and large kitchen that contained every dish and utensil you could wish for, were spacious. Coffee pods were available, and a beautiful bottle of pinot gris was left for us as a welcoming gift - a thoughtful gesture. There is a washing machine and dryer within the unit which is a real bonus. Although Queenstown was very cold for us (we are from Brisbane!) the apartment was lovely and warm at all times. The carpet appeared to be very new. Car park and very good Wifi were free of charge.
The booking process through Relaxaway was extremely friendly and efficient - well done Relaxaway staff.
Thanks also to the owner of 912.

We recently stayed at 408 Beacon Queenstown. The apartment for 6 was very comfortable and had everything we needed including a coffee pod machine. Relaxaway were very helpful when we needed to change our entry combination. We really appreciated their prompt assistance. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.
J.
The views from the balcony and the spa were incredible. The apartment was beautifully furnished and clean and the fire made everything cosy. The location was great as it was a short, easy walk to town. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Thanks a lot, we're missing it!

I have had the pleasure of staying at The Beacon in Queenstown with my family from overseas. The first trip had to be cancelled due to my grandfathers emergency heart surgery. From first correspondence, to cancellation and rescheduling our trip for a year later, Liz was a dream to work with. So helpful and accommodating, with fast and friendly communication. We will definitely be in touch again in the future! Thank you so much Liz! :)

Excellent facility with lots of home amenities. The home was in great condition and very clean. The hillside views were stunning and we had close proximity to Queenstown and local attractions. We highly recommend and will stay at these accommodations for future holiday stays.

We stayed 7 days in Queenstown in the Bunker House that was hosted by Relaxaway Holiday Homes. The place was spotless clean and had everything we needed. The apartment was just as in the photos or even better. The view was also magnificent.
The reason for 4* reviews and not 5* is the financial matters. Relaxaway was quick to make all sorts of bookings to my cc all the time. It started with the booking when it says on the booking site that extras are optional and you can proceed to the next phase without selecting any. Well, cleaning and linen fee was still mandatory. Makes sense but the communication was poor. Then there was more than $500 deposit that was suddendly booked my cc when we arrived. Probably that was somewhere in the emails but again poor communication. So at stage we had already 3 different bookings on my cc from Relaxaway (instead of the amount that I actually committed to by making the booking in the first place). In the end we extended our stay by 2 nights (from 5 to 7) and we agreed both by email and also on the phone that it shall be $X (omitting amount here) for two night and they shall charge it on my cc. Then I noticed on my cc statement a charge that was higher than $X. I asked about it and it was the charge + 2.5% cc fee. We clearly agreed an amount that they were supposed to charge on my cc. It wasn't a lot but you can't then go charging any other amount than the agreed amount. We were actually thinking of extending by another week (the house is really great and the offer for extension was reasonable) but seeing that made my blood boil and that was not an option that we even considered after that. That's just unacceptable practice.

Our recent stay at La Residence du Lac was truly enjoyable. The unit is well equipped and clean, and the view from the unit is just breathtaking. Very comfortable holiday home with a fantastic location that's close to the main city center and various attractions. There is really nothing not to like about this unit!

We (5 adults, 2 children) booked through Relaxaway Holiday Homes for our stay at Queenstown Lakefront Dream (563 Frankton Rd, Queenstown 9300) for 9 days in middle of August 2019 for our ski holiday.
The house we stayed at was excellent. Booking and paying for the accommodation was painless. Arrival, check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Both Emily Quinn and Liz Roughley from the agency were friedly and prompt in answering questions by email.
Would highly recommend booking with them and staying at their properties. Looking forward to our holiday next year with them again.

Bunker House A was a fabulous place to stay.
Beautiful view, great accommodation, easy access to Queenstown and surrounds.
Highly recommend.
Relaxaway was very helpfiul with booking too.
