T.The girls behind the counter assisted us on two occasions with our activities. They were nice and polite and ensured we didn’t miss either of our activities .

E.In my old age (33) I have thought up some irrational fears. Like flying out of the boat when they spin... seriously. But they were pretty cool and calm and made the experience a lot of fun!
People need to try it when visiting Queenstown!

M.Staff were polite and helpful. Parking and access extremely difficult for people with disabilities. Twisted ankle on sloped footpaths. Not fault of the centre.
A.I didn’t book here (as I booked online) but it was a nice place to stay out of the cold while wait for my awesome jet boat ride. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who competently answered all my questions

민.(Translated) Shotover jet check-in and bungee jumping check-in and shuttle bus waiting for various activities. The staff is friendly. Souvenirs inside the waiting room are expensive.
