She has always been very helpful, considerate & all of the above comments describe her attitude.
Her communication is also a credit to her.
She displays a lovely pleasant & personable manner both in person & on the phone & goes out of her way to make all of our travel arrangements a pleasant experience.
She has an awesome sense of humour & a very friendly disposition.

R.Throughout the process of our bookings which due to Covid are still on-going Hayley Mundy has been Attentive, Professional and above all so calm in helping us navigate the travel we are trying to complete in these very difficult times. Hayley is thinking 'outside the box' with our plans and regardless of whether this trip comes to fruition I could not recommend Hayley enough. She is an absolute pleasure to work with.

D.We booked with Harley to travel when the transTasman travel bubble opened. When the bubble burst Hayley was very quick to keep us appraised of the situation and options available. Later when all flights were cancelled she secured a flight booking when demand was very high. Hayley kept in contact with us and updated with information as it came to hand. With there consultants slashed down to minimum staff, the Consultants have been embracing / empathetic and enabled me with confidence to process options and make wise decisions concerning bookings and cancellations etc !
I’ve left the office uplifted and felt like I was valued and respected as part of the family ! The team have been willing to go the extra mile with communication and back up any time !
With front line info on covid travel disruptions they have followed thru and initiated communication far above their duty and brought clarity every step of the way 👍😁!
Well done team ! I’m hoping one day I can actually get on a plane and they can sing high praises knowing they have empowered us to be reunited with our loved ones overseas once we shake the dust off our feet with this crazy covid saga !!

J.The disruption of travel plans due to the global pandemic has really brought out how professional the HOT team are. My travel agent has become like a close friend as we exchange regular emails attempting to re-book planned travel. The team are always friendly and helpful with huge experience and knowledge to draw from. They remain this way even in the face of unprecedented times for them and their industry.
T.How lucky are we to have such a dedicated professional Travel Company to take care of us with our travel needs. With the disruptions as they are with COVID the team went the extra distance to help us . They deserve all of the success which comes with hard work and we have no hesitation in recommending them. R.Wendy Harrison has been amazing, firstly with the planning of our trip of a lifetime, which was supposed to have taken place last May/June (2 years in the planning!) and then when everything turned to custard (Covid) Wendy spent a lot of time applying for refunds of flights, accommodation, etc, etc for us. We will be forever grateful to Wendy for all her efforts, and we really hope that in the next few years, we do get to finally have our dream trip to Europe. If so, Wendy will be our agent of choice to plan/book it all of course!

B.The team at HOT The Crossing have been our 'go to' ladies for our recent travel bookings. Our dealings have been with Hayley & Wendy who are always super friendly and very helpful. Interactions with other team members have also been positive experiences.
On a recent holiday booked through HOT we had a few issues with the service provider where we were travelling, and the HOT The Crossing team (as well as Tanya, the franchise owner) really went the extra mile to resolve the problems. The recourse we had through our travel agents proved to me the value of using a good agent and not just booking online, as those who were in the same tour group as us who had not used an agent had a real battle on their hands to sort out their issues.
We have already booked our next holiday through HOT The Crossing and I am very happy to unreservedly recommend them to other travellers.

A.Hi to all you confused travelers out there.I’m not an expert computer savvy bloke and recently I got stranded in Perth not sure way but the lovely Jacinda in her infanit wisdom thought it was a good idea,Me not so much .I woke up to an email from Tanya at the house of travel telling me what had happened ,she was there every day
booking flights unbooking flights and even a personal call at one point which was very nice.Without their help I would have torn whats left of my hair out or worse They couldn’t have been more helpful,Very professional ,and got me home .A very big thank you to Tanya and the team
