G. J.Great service.Ticket office in wrong location poor location!!!
.No parking near by!!!! Had to risk parking in a large loading zone .$200.00 fine if caught just to book a ticket No planning by council so it seems for downtown Tauranga . Very very poor insite,
J.At a new location now which is very nice. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. They make things a lot easier for me particularly with travel plans.
N. V.I couldn’t speak more highly of the assistance I got here. Ronda helped me book the glow worm kayaking when I was having trouble doing it myself and had fantastic follow up. She also and gave me great directions on how to get around! And ideas with what to do in the time I had!
T.Visitors to this beautiful city will be delighted to know that they will be treated with respect and kindness. The staff at this visitor centre are excellent and are keen to tell you about their wonderful city. The I site visitors centre has souvenirs and other essentials.

J. C.These folk were outstanding. It was closing time we couldn't find their office and had no where to stay. 10 mins and we had accommodation and were so impressed rather than looking on line we went back to them to book our next leg of our journey.
