Best service ever!! We had a family emergency which required us to travel to the UK at very short notice whilst Auckland was in level 3 lockdown. Kay was fantastic at arranging our travel and helping us get all the negative tests and locator forms organised as well as last minute ticket upgrades etc. Excellent communication along the way and also helped us secure MIQ, I cannot recommend Kay and her team enough.
