Kelvin is a great man. Excellent service. Great adventure! Very accomodating! The kayak trip was great. Briefing was clear and concise. Great introduction for Te Aroha especially if it's your first time in the town. Kelvin knows the place very well and would gladly recommend anything for your needs.

This is a must do experience. The kayaking was great but the true gem was the tour around town by tour guide Kelvin. He is a fountain of knowledge about the area and spins a great yarn. We will definitely be back for more.

We couldn't have asked for a better guide or a better kayak trip! The tour of Te Aroha before we hit the river was lovely, Kelvin was awesome and our kayak ride was relaxing and beautiful. Can't recommend Adventure Te Aroha enough!!!

A lovely outing on a kayak cruising down the easy river. Kevin is both very quick to respond to emails and accommodating clients. I would highly recommend this quiet trip to enjoy nature - feels like you are miles away from civilization. Family friendly trip when you're in Te Aroha.

Awesome experience Kayaking the Waihou river and learning about the history of Te Aroha thanks to our great host Kelvin from Adventure Te Aroha. Would highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit the area.

This kayak trip was breathtaking. I would definitely do it again. Great for beginners and more advanced. It was easy to organise and fairly priced. Our guide took us on a interesting tour of the town, Te Aroha, before going to the river. He explained everything we needed to know and gave us the equipment, even helped us all into the water. This is definitely a must do when in New Zealand.

We arrived half an hour late yet still were able to do the tour. Kelvin was very nice and welcoming. He took us on a tour around beautiful little town of Te Aroha and explained the history of the place. After that and safety briefing we went to the river to start kayaking. We were even given a little snack for the tour. There was no need to paddle much as we were going down the river. The views of the mountains and the area were beautiful. We've also seen a lot of interesting birds on the way. We really liked the experience and would recommend it to anyone :)

Amazing time, start to finish. Kelvin (our guide) provides an interesting tour of Te Aroha town before the river run. At the river he provides kayak instructions (none of us ever kayaked before) and great equipment. None of us wanted it to end, it was sooo enjoyable. Easy five star! Try it !!!

Kelvin is a fantastic and informative guide. The tour was awesome and even as total beginners, we had the best time. :-)
