I called in for information on bike trails. Both ladies were helpful. I did the Marton Sash and door, which was recommended by 1 lady, and it was great. I would use again if I was down that way again.

These people are awesome, very helpful, it's a good go to place to visit especially if you are going tramping or wanting more local knowledge on the area.

Was ok with information, staffs could have more friendly.Nice big Information site, visiting Turangi. There are some Big TV they will show all video/film about Turangi and Tongariro National Park which is very helpful. you can find those video in you tube. don't forget to do flying fishing, and all adventure stuff. There is only one super shop (New world).

A lot of maps and other helpful information in the back part of the i-Site. Person at the counter didn't seem to be very happy about her job. I saw more friendly staff in many other i-Sites in NZ beeing her for the fifth time.

No toilet in the building itself, toilet is diagonally opposite the road next to the cafe and directly accross crom the BP. Im sure the volcano exhibition is interesting though.
