E.Staff are helpful and friendly you can use the computer, find out about camping area places to visit maps of local area very informative and assortment of local craft jewelry small jars of honey also can book plane flight, intercity bus to Napier that can connect with the Napier airport also in the afternoon intercity bus takes passengers to Gisborne. You also find out what happening in the town
